TBF this topic is just a bit of fun before the season kicks in, me personally, I hope 2020 is a season to remember and for all the right reasons. Good luck and best wishes to all teams and fans.

This is the final though, so I would expect them to charge like they did for the WTC final
-
big events like the SON they tend to put security on the entrance and charge £5 to park, normal league meetings they don't bother.
-
1 Swindon...........easily the strongest team, only injuries will stop them finishing top. 2 Belle Vue 3 Ippo............2...... 3 and 4 not necessarily in that order 4 Sheffield 5 Wolves 6 Kings Lynn 7 P/Bourgh

Really annoys me when I read "residents concern over noise level", The track was there before they bought their new home. If they had any concerns then WHY buy your new home where you know there will be noise from sports.
-
Cinema car park entrance is on Hyde road, exit only on Kirky lane.

quote the post, not a name.

Seems Lech Walesa was wasting his time.

Jaimon is doing very good in these Aussie championships, which bodes well for the Aces next season as we could have Steve Worrall and Jaimon Lidsey toing and froing at No 6. making our reserves the strongest and potentially best match winning reserves in the league.

Do you have any proof for this post, if it is, as you say (scroll through the thread). then may I suggest you scroll back and quote these posts.

IMHO riders like Dan who have the tallent, machinery and backing to go all the way, need to master the art of gating, today's top riders can gate.

Happy New Year.

both 23. Kurtz 27/9/96........Holder 23/03/96

Guess that makes a shed load of journeymen in our PL next season, by your reconing.
-
our league is weak, we all know that, therefore you don't have to be a J Doyle to be a number 1 in any club other than Swindon, oh and T Bachelor's average is 1.1 points higher than R Lambert. Journeymen are riders who have ridden for many clubs,, at least that's what I thought. So how many clubs have BK or JH ridden for to make them journeymen.
-
How is Bachelor not an out and out No 1, and how are B Kurtz and J Holder journeymen. Also how is D Bewley not a future No 1. Poole's decision to drop into the CL IMHO is for financial reasons, and the owner unable to sell his club.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but the old kirky lane track shared it with the stocks, it was also a tight track and seemed to handle the stocks well. I would hate the Stocks to move into the NSS, but if it was that or no speedway, then I think most speedway fans would grit their teeth and accept it. At the moment though it's thank god for the 4g pitch.

most sports are the same, take football, the most watched sport on TV, Keeper passes the ball to one of his defenders then the ball is passed across the field, then back, then back across again eventually arriving back at the keeper who passed it out in the first place. If and when a goal is scored that's what it's all about, so a 1-0 win gives seconds of excitement the rest is expectation and boredom. -
Sad for the punters, great news for Greyhounds. As for the Stock cars, no chance at the NSS but Buxton could hold more Stock Car events surly.?????

I don't see it as defending the rider you detest, more pointing out what a ridiculous post you are replying to.

Poland is home to some of the best tracks for racing in the world, possibly Toron could be most fans favourite. The NSS if transported piece by piece to Poland where the worlds best riders race each week, would equally be as good if not better than any other.Thats my opinion it may not be other fans opinion, but I would hazard a guess that Belle Vue fans, who like me watch our team every meeting would all agree.

Our home track is no fortress, but I think/hope we will reach the P/Off's
