Hello people, I`m back to the forum Well, it`s near the railway station - about 4 km to the stadium them. If you go on foot it usually takes about 50 mins through the centre of the city. There will be online booking but not so soon I think. Just check speedwaygp.com. There have never been any problems with getting tickets. You can even buy them on the GP day. sure I`m not sure if I know Bydgoszcz better than Rico but if you got any questions - go ahead

2 GPs in Germany ?! Total idiocy! If they wanna have good GPs at natural tracks instead of that imitation of speedway at make-up tracks they should make 2 GPs in Poland. With no doubts one at Bydgoszcz and the second one at Wroclaw. Round 1 - May 1 - Germany (Berlin or Munchen) Round 2 - May 15 - Wroclaw - very good track, GP was held there a few times before 1999 (...) Round 9 - September 18 - Bydgoszcz - this GP cannot be removed! That`s my opinion about it.

All 24 riders. It`s really hard to say anything. They all were very fast. Definitely not. He went ok I think and gave me an autograph after the training 8) In newspapers we can read today that riders say that the track is very good, they feel well etc.

I have just come back from the stadium where I watched the official training. The track is great prepared. All riders seem to be very fast, so I have no ideas who will be good tomorrow. I only know that we will have a superb tournament tomorrow. I also met Rico today 8)

Rafal Szobierski, the bronze medalist of U21 Champs, replaces Krzysztof Kasprzak in Bydgoszcz GP.

I will try to get for a while somewhere near the Sector A about 50 minutes before the beginning of the SGP so maybe we will meet. I`m also going to watch the Friday`s training at 15.00 and then I`ll be somewhere around the stadium. I have just sent you e-mail with my picture.

I remember 2000 GP very well too. It was a great night. We didn`t want T.Rick to get the Champ title 8) so we all supported Mark who became the Champion then .

Your league is not everything! I know many British riders who picked and chose their meetings for Polish teams and I haven`t lost my respect for them. Ask people from Wroclaw what they think about Nicholls! I like Scott very much but he usually scores 5-8 points in Polish league... Polish / Swedish leagues are better for riders because they pay more and there are not as many matches as in England. Think why he never resigns from matches of Kaparna Goteborg or Atlas Wroclaw...

You are a clown saying such stupid things!!! If Iversen did not have an engine failure and got even 3 pts in that heat, he wouldn`t be higher than 3rd with 12 pts. Hampel is a great rider and he deserved the Champ title with no doubts!

It probably won`t be a reserve rider. They will choose another Polish rider as a replacement of Kasprzak. IMHO they should choose Jacek Gollob who`s great at this track.

The guys who rule Polonia Bydgoszcz are idiots. They accused him of taking bribes We (fans of Polonia Bydgoszcz) know that it`s not true and are very sad about this abnormal situation. The promoters of Polonia bring shame on us :-( I only want to thank Todd for riding for Polonia during last 3 seasons. We will never forget about you.

CONGRATULATIONS FOR JAREK HAMPEL AND RAFAL SZOBIERSKI :!: Great job!!! Jarek is the biggest hope of Polish speedway. We will thank him during SGP in Bydgoszcz next week. I think that he should be given a wild card for SGP 2004.
