Do you speak polish ? Becouse I'm visiting Great Britain next year and I'm going to spend my hard earned cash that will keep some of you in a job and the least some of you could do is speak the same language as I. And it will be disgusting if you don't. And what is this thread about anyway ? Becouse I'm confused by this "Bydgoszcz" title.

Unfortunatelly everything might be ruined by this stupid "2 semifinals -> final" formula. Look at the semifinal at Wiener Neustadt; after 20 heats Kolodziej was perfect (3,3,3,3,3) but he finished 7th as I remember... The local riders from Wroclaw (Miskowiak, Swiderski) will probably be perfectly prepared to the track conditions.

Line up for final grand prix qualifier
Champion replied to Govinder's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
"Chrzanowski was riding second but brutal attack of Andersen made him fall to the third place. The referee did not react. After a while Andersen had an engine failure and Chrzanowski finished second." A little biased maybe ? I didn't see any "brutal attack" by Hans A. The only brutal attack I saw was with KB as victim in the semis. It's just a translation . Looks like the author of that words just overacted. -

He's also one of the Poles that refused to go to the SWC. He said that his not in his best form.... -

Looks like there are some discussions between riders and the referee. Riders say that there is too dark on the track, and there are still problems with the electricity. Moreover they say that the track is in bad condition. --- ok - the meeting is beeing continued. -

There are some problems with electrics. It's the lack of the... current. It is said that Eastbourne electrician is working there -

I'll try (from sportowefakty.pl and przegladzuzlowy.pl) 1. Andersen, Norris, Pedersen, Andersson Andersen had problems with Norris only at the beginning of the race 2. Karlsson, Balinski, Chrzanowski, Rempala Balinski did well on the start and the first curve and he was leading but on the second curve he made a mistake and lost his first place 3. Bjerre, Jagus Brhel, Watson Great start by Jagus but Brhel and Watson fell down on the first curve. In re-run Jagus won the start again but he made the same mistake as Balinski 4. Povazhny, Lindbaeck, Iversen, Klingberg Roman Povazhny was defending himself well. 5. Povazhny, Chrzanowski, Pedersen, Watson Povazhny won again 6. Rempała, Klingberg, Norris, Bjerre Great attacks by Rempala and marvelous riding at the last curve. 7. Iversen, Andersson, Brhel, Karlsson (u) Karlsson fell down riding fourth (not dangerous) 8. Lindbaeck, Andersen, Balinski, Jagus (w/u) Jagus excluded for falling down. Lindbaeck won in the re-run. 9. Lindbaeck, Brhel, Rempala, Pedersen Rempala was attacking again but this time with no effect. 10. Norris, Jagus, Chrzanowski, Iversen Norris fell down in the first curve. In the re-run great start by Norris. 11. Balinski, Andersson, Klingberg, Watson Great start by Balinski 12. Andersen, Povazhny, Bjerre, Karlsson Great race. Every rider was leading at least for the moment. 13. Karlsson, Klingberg, Pedersen, Jagus Sure win for Karlsson. Klingberg and Pedersen fighting for the second place. 14. Brhel, Balinski, Norris (w/su), Povazhny (w/su) David Norris caused Brhel to fall down (just at the and of the first curve). Norris excluded. In re-run Povazhny caused Brhel to fall down again. He is also excluded. 15. Chrzanowski, Lindbaeck, Andersson, Bjerre Great action by Chrzanowski and he's the winner. 16. Andersen, Rempała, Iversen Not so good start by Rempala but he passed Iversen. 17. Bjerre, Balinski, Iversen, Pedersen Iversen was trying to pass Balinski. 18. Karlsson, Lindbaeck, Norris 19. Andersson, Povazhny, Rempała, Jagus (d4) Unfortunatelly the youngest Rempala did not take his chance... Jagus engine failure riding fourth. 20. Andersen, Chrzanowski, Klingberg, Brhel Another great action by Chrzanowski and he passed Klingberg. 21. Chrzanowski, Andersen, Andersson, Balinski (d2) Bad luck for Balinski - engine failure while he was second. 22. Lindbaeck, Bjerre, Karlsson, Povazhny (w/su) Roman Povazhny excluded for causing Kenneth Bjerre to fall. 23. Lindbaeck, Chrzanowski, Bjerre, Andersen (d2) Bad luck for Andersen this time - engine failure while he was second. -
Shame on the commentary than Marcin was out just at the start of the season at the polish qualifying final.

Who will win the World Cup??
Champion replied to Vincent Vega's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Forgive me guys but I'm glad that the Brits didn't manage the gold medal tonight. What did the referee was totally wrong and it would be a shame if the Brits would win tonight becouse stopping the race when Kolodziej (great performance tonight !!!!) was having problems with his bike was totally unfair. Kolodziej & Rempala - the biggest surprise of the final ? -

Isn't Poland the youngest team in the meeting (especially now when Walasek is replaced by another junior: Rempala) ?? Wouldn't it be the great surprise if we manage at least bronze medal ?? Hope so ! -

Top totty but who's the perv in the left background? Looks like Avid Merrion. Probably it's Jaroslaw Pabijan, a photo guy from one of the polish newspapers (from Bydgoszcz). Looks like he's really pleased -

Well, I can try to translate but it's not gonna be perfect 1. Schlein, Tessari, Krajlic, Vida Sure win for Schlein. The track is really hard. 2. Kołodziej, Miśkowiak, Gizatulin, Lindbaeck Excellent start of the Polish riders. 3. Kroner, Smolinski, King, Jaros (u3) Daniel King and Jan Jaros fall down at the last lap. King is the first one who stands up and he gains 1 point. 4. Hawkins, Świderski, Korneliussen, Davidsson Excellent heat by Swiderski. He was the last one but his attacks made him finish second. 5. Davidsson, Jaros, Miśkowiak, Schlein Jan Jaros falls down in the first bend, but the referee allows him to ride again. 6. Lindbaeck, Hawkins, Tessari, Kroner Sure win for the Lindbaeck 7. Kołodziej, Korneliussen, King, Krajlic Another sure win for Kolodziej. 8. Świderski, Gizatulin, Smolinski, Vida The same situation with Swiderski as in his first heat: he was the last one but he finished at first place 9. Lindbaeck, Świderski, Schlein, King (u4) Daniel King falls down (not dangerous) while he was fourth 10. Smolinski, Miśkowiak, Korneliussen, Tessari Nothing interesting happend 11. Gizatulin,Krajlic, Hawkins (d/t), Jaros (w/su) Jaros was excluded for causing Gizatulin to fall. Hawkins - engine failure just at the start. 12. Kołodziej, Davidsson, Vida, Kroner (d3) Kolodziej had problems with Davidsson only at the first lap. 13. Kołodziej, Smolinski, Hawkins, Schlein Another really sure win for Kolodziej 14. Davidsson, King, Tessari, Gizatulin Sure win for Davidsson 15. Miśkowiak, Świderski, Kroner, Krajlic Smart start (and first bend) for the Poles and they win 16. Lindbaeck, Korneliussen, Jaros, Vida Korneliussen was attacking Lindbaeck. 17. Schlein, Korneliussen, Gizalutin, Schafer (d4), Kroner (w/t) Kroner excluded for touching the tape. Kroner replaced by Schafer. 18. Kołodziej, Jaros, Tessari, Świderski (w/su) Another race that Jaros is riding dangerously and he falls down, almost making the Poles to fall. But the referee excludes Swiderski 19. Smolinski, Lindbaeck, Davidsson, Krajlic Suprisingly Smolinsky wins with Lindbaeck 20. Miśkowiak, King, Vida, Hawkins (w/u) Hawkins excluded for falling down. Sure win for Miskowiak. --- 21. Miskowiak, Swiderski, Korneliussen, Kolodziej (u3) Kolodziej falls dawn (not dangerous) while he was attacking Swiderski. 22. Lindbaeck, Smolinski, Davidsson, Schlein A lot of action during that heat. 23. Miskowiak, Smolinski, Lindbaeck, Swiderski Miskowiak attacks Smolinski on the first lap and wins.
