Wright hasn't ridden this season, so Birmingham only get a facility for a maximum of 28 days, and that has now expired. They're not entitled to a facility anymore. Yes. If he had ridden then as long as he presented a valid sick note you could use a facility all season as Plymouth did with Kennett.
