The rules used are the rules agreed at the agm. If you can think of a better way to resolve the current problems with the rules please clarify. So, the way I see it, you can arrive any time after 3pm, use up your 4 free hours and then you free to stay after that in unrestricted time. Parking allowed up to 4 hours between 0830-2000 on Wednesdays. If you want to risk it that's up to you. We have been advised at the club that we cannot use this on race nights as a fine will be imposed. There is parking at the stadium or outside Bracebridge and Kalsi Kitchens ( about 40 spaces ) on Walsall Road near to the stadium. Hope this helps. It seems that these parking rules are similar to speedway rules ..........INTERPRETATION!. I think the key bit is "up to 4 hours" whether you arrive at 16.10 or 18.45 your time is up at 20.00. You might get away with if you put a note in your car saying "I am at the speedway. Back about 21.30" but would parking stewards/Birmingham Council believe you & slap you with a ticket. Do the gates to the car park get locked, leaving you stranded until the next day? If anyone takes the risk don't moan after.
