Stating the obvious: if there is a fone no. or website on such notices, & there should be, call it or msg them for info advice / info, or ask in the shop, staff & customers, could save a lot of possible hassle later, can't be too sure. Hope this helps.... I always take photos of conditions/receipts etc.,... when parking on public cp's!

I did, they didn't: informed them all (3 diff organisations) I'd therefore see them in court. Suddenly none of them 'wished to play ball' for some reason. I can't imagine why😉....

Others have shared info about parking terms and opening times to park. i get the ‘official’ parking time only allows until 8pm which should rule out parking for the speedway. however if a 4 hour parking is allowed ( as stated on the signs) then what is to stop anyone going to the Asda at 6 or 7 (to get an official receipt) and parking till end of the match? As others have pointed out KFC is open after 8pm and the Gym is 24 hrs so people WILL park there officially after 8pm. Personally I see no issue with parking at 6.30 or 7pm, shop for a receipt and then use the 4 hr free parking line if challenged. i get that the club can’t and won’t promote the one stop as a parking place but as a customer (which you would be if you use the centre to purchase for a receipt) and more so if you get a KFC on the home after the match I can’t see how you would get a parking ticket that would be enforced. I parked in the one stop for the Leicester match and haven't received a ticket (yet). In fact there were loads of people parked in there when I returned to my car after the match, more so than when Asda was 24hr.

I went into the car park about 8pm on the way home from work before the Asda shut and yes there were plenty of cars there.
Buck
I hope that supporters wanting to use public transport to get to Perry Barr Stadium, will find this information useful: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All buses to the stadium from Birmingham City Centre start in ALBERT STREET which is a short walk from MOOR STREET rail station. From the station, cross the road and turn right. Albert Street is the third street down on the left, recognisable by the large carpark on the corner. Bus Number 33 (B'ham to Pheasey) stops outside the stadium entrance. and Bus number 51 (Not 51X) stops at the One Stop Shopping Precinct opposite the stadium. Both have a journey time of approximately 20 minutes. (bus number 51X passes the stadium but doesn't stop there!) Bus numbers 907 B'ham to Sutton-Coldfield), 934 (B'ham to Walsall via Pheasey) 935 B'ham to Walsall via Streetly), 936 (B'ham to Brownhills via Walsall Wood), 937 (B'ham to Brownhills via Boney Hay) and 997 (B'ham to Rushall via Aldridge) are all express services which each have only four stopping places before reaching the stadium, and all stop in Aldridge Road right outside the stadium. All of these routes run at ten minutes intervals and all have a journey time of approximately 8 minutes. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Trains leave Birmingham New Street on the hour and on the half hour and have a journey time of 12 minutes. Perry Barr Station is a 5 minute walk from the stadium. Return trains (after speedway meetings) leave Perry Barr Station at 21 and 33 minutes past the hour. The last train from Perry Barr to New Street leaves at 22.21. Trains from Walsall also call at Perry Barr at 12 and 42 minutes past the hour with a journey time of 15 minutes. The last Perry Barr to Walsall train is at 23.12. I hope that

That he's only riding in England for more bike time, that the team is really struggling, he can't get out of the starts and the blue groove has been appearing after heat 4. His body language and facial expressions gave the impression he didn't want to talk about Birmingham, unless he's just miserable all the time...

Although he is riding out of his skin in this meeting! Surprised the crowd is so poor. I know it was weather pushing it from yesterday to today but still. All of those things are true, his main reason for riding in the UK is for more bike time. Michael is also spot on about the track and why it needs to improve. I am told his polish club are very happy with his start to the season, they want him to continue riding in the UK as they feel regular races will keep him sharp.

Refuse collection in Brum has been awful for so long now I wonder if it will ever get sorted out permanently. The operatives are a militant bunch & have been for 30 years or more, I say this as someone who lived & worked in the area for all of this time & have seen the problems first hand.
