Didn't they have to seek permission from the governing body? In my opinion that should be the case for every club until an independent match official is on site 2 hours before a meeting at which point it is their decision to postpone or abandon a meeting... unless they're at Belle Vue where the nurse can call the meeting off, ooooh matron!
