Were King's Lynn not under "special measures" last year as regards calling matches off? Didn't they have to seek permission from the governing body? In my opinion that should be the case for every club until an independent match official is on site 2 hours before a meeting at which point it is their decision to postpone or abandon a meeting... unless they're at Belle Vue where the nurse can call the meeting off, ooooh matron!

I see Iversen Swedish club announced yesterday that meeting in Poland Sunday didn’t go well and wouldn’t be riding in England and Sweden this week.
