eric i
Godfrey said in this weeks star he is thinking of making a change to try someone out for next year. Lambet and Allen have been great servants of the club but both have been poor this year, I suspect either one or both will be for the chop. Keep Stevie Worrall and Luke Harrison at all costs.

Have to say..what a great advert for speedway last night, for the most part,a pretty close meeting with some fabulous racing..if last night is anything to go by then Jonathan grahns is definitely one to watch but congratulations to the whole Edinburgh team,a very solid performance.a mention too for the ndl meeting that followed, some really fast close racing in that one too..and both meetings over for just after ten o,clock.a nice touch was to see the monarch's team go over to the travelling supporters,a great gesture.
Mr Blobby Posted yesterday at 10:00 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 10:00 AM A full team performance been due one of these. Great win at a place that’s normally very tricky for us. Hopefully kick on from this and keep the momentum going to make the play offs. Good to see a healthy away crowd in attendance also.
scunny1 Posted yesterday at 11:30 AM Report Share Posted yesterday at 11:30 AM Mountain, Harrison and Worrall to stay, the remainder to move on. Need a big hitter at number one , Douglas Klint, Pickering, Cook all go well at the EWR? Take away the large contingent of Edinburgh fans and the attendance would have been pretty poor. Its all over for this year, racing to the bottom for the wooden spoon. Every team has made positive changes apart from us, that says it all for this season. We started with a mediocre team and have ridden to that standard all season.

Scorpions are still in the mix and all you whinging tools should try a speedway bike out and back ya riders as confidence is everything in this sport, wake up and enjoy the meetings as No team wins every meet, that is speedway uk style

Fozzie4388
I do think Scunthorpe need to keep hold of Harrison but is staying at Scunthorpe good for Harrison? It maybe beneficial for Harrison's career to have a year or two away from Scunthorpe and learn a different track by riding it week in week out. I don't think a rider staying too long at the same track is any good for them as they become one track Ponies like Lambert (could argue he's a no track pony atm).
