If my maths is right that would leave 8.5 to play with but we could only use 7.99 of that? The high 7s riders will be in huge demand this season. Paco plus a higher averaged reserve than Wood might be a better route?
szkocjasid
If they went with Kye & Paco, I'd kinda like Connor Coles to get a chance. Don't see him getting a team spot anywhere else on a 3.25 ave, but as there's not an obvious stronger choice if they go that route, maybe give him a second tier lifeline?

TheWellBehavedWorrall
I thought Kyle Thomsen would have been one of the first names on the Monarchs’ team sheet. Didn’t he end last season on fire? He was outstanding at Ashfield in the play-offs. Almost lapped Harris in one heat. That’s his reminded me of the referee - it might have been the Harris race - accidentally pressing the red light, mid-race.😂

Thomson will be back I’m pretty certain.

Dan Thompson - 8.50 Justin Sedgmen - 7.34 Kye Thomson - 5.93 Lasse Fredriksen - 5.49 Jonatan Grahn - 5.30 Cameron Heeps - 4.93 Jordy Loftus - 2.14 Total - 39.63 So Kye will be the third heat leader? I don't think that sounds like a good idea and as for Cameron Heeps i've never know how to judge his career, he just always seems to get picked up by teams based solely on his average. Maybe i'm being unkind and he's a really good team guy but he's not going to add anything onto that average now. better to go for a foreign 5-pointer.
