If they don’t have a trust they need to set one up. Often when a promoter departs all fund raising monies are lumped in with the main account and is lost forever. Belle Vue set up a trust to ring fence money raised by supporters away from the club promoters. It’s mainly used for injured Belle Vue rider needs and other safety related infrastructure.
