    Yes Kennett could have been using an illegal silencer before the Lakeside meeting, so your assuming he's used one before.

     

    Darcy Ward has looked pretty quick this year, do we assume he's been using an illegal silencer too and strip all his points??

     

    There is no proof of either situation, so no action can be taken!

    Steve, you can't just go and expunge all of Eddie's points from this year based on the fact he might have been on illegal machinery. There is only evidence for him being on illegal machinery in one meeting, so any adjustments can only be made for the one meeting where he has been proved to have cheated.

     

    It doesn't matter what you, I or anyone else may suspect about other meetings he's ridden in, without concrete evidence you simply can't just start arbitrarily changing results.

    you should have gone on a leicester thread and said you did'nt like a burger you had there , the result wouldnhave been largely the same . quit while you are behind or you'll have words attributed to you that you did'nt say .

    Seems to be that way, with Josietoms ignoring questions that he cant answer :lol:

    Can't believe your slating Bridger as far as I'm aware he is not a cheat and his bikes are legal he can say what he likes just like nicholls, mads k and alot of other riders have been saying and they are right to do so as they are not cheats like kennet

    There is no support for Kennett from any rider that is on twitter but u fail to mention them apart from bridger Another poster trying to stir it up and to get everyone starting to slate Bridger yet again.

    Who's stirring? All i'm doing is re-posting what Bridgers posting in the public anyway.

    Plenty, if not ALL Coventry fans on here have said Kennett should get the chop. How can you say Kennett has been riding on an illegal silencer all year? Is what you stated based on any fact what so ever?

     

    It seems from Twitter and other sources, its a kind of dirty secret that riders have and are using illegal silencers, not just Kennett!

    A few have posted that it was the exterior of the silencer that had been tampered with and therefore made it illegal. As someone with some knowledge of how a Speedway bike works, I fail to see how any alterations to the outside of a silencer which would then class is as illegal. Surely all you can do to the outside is weld any cracks that may have delevoped?? Maybe there's tricks of the trade that us amatuers dont know about! :unsure:

    "He accepts the findings" is not an admission of guilt I agree. But I would say that the general essense of the press release suggests he has, in some way made an admission of his guilt as they are the ones mentioning cheating. Either way, it still remains that the silencer was illegal and whatever the circumstances, the buck stops with him and I still maintain that his position is untenable...

    How do they prove it, they can't. It doesn't remove the doubt though...

     

     

    I can't see how he can remain at Coventry. He's tampered with his silencer, knowing is was illegal. He's admitted it. To me it makes his position untenable.. :(

    Not sticking up for him - but has he actually admitted it? Or have I missed the press release/statement where hes admitted anything? Genuine question :)

    Don't forget you're dealing with a bunch of insular-minded troglodytes, Ghostwalker, some of whom actually think that one's nationality or the colour of one's skin have a bearing on what one posts; even I have to make allowances for them sometimes.

    Dave - Why the obvious stirring? It was clear what ImpartialOne meant - so why try and make the situation something its not?? :rolleyes:

    Ghostwalker - Because of how you wrote your original post (perfectly good English but not how an English speaking person would have written it) ImpartialOne thought you were an "English speaking person" who had had a few beers, for which he later said sorry for as he didnt realise you were Swedish writing in English - I think thats right! :unsure:

    They did that 2 years ago.

     

    Regards the build up last night, we all knew Stacy Soloman would be terrible and thank God she was only on 15 minutes but one thing that was miles better this year was all the videos they showed beforehand like the Steve Johnston bike setup, Chris Holder body protection, Chris Harris drag race, making the trophy etc.

    I saw the trophy making bit, but when were the others shown?!
