    Poole Sign Lindback

Not sure about Wolves not prevailing. Its on a knife edge and a patch up Poole could get wholloped. True about Matt. Important to win if possible but harder each year. All these people crying foul have to realise no rules have been broken. If they had the changes would not have been allowed. To say Matt has all the others in his back pocket is also pure nonsense. He just plays by the rules available to him the same as ther other riders. Trouble is someones opinion is taken as gospel and if repeated enough times some on here actually start to believe it!
  2. Matt was over in Sweden for the GP and Zorro's farewell meeting. Zorro a massive favourite with the Poole faithful. Absolute rotten stinking luck with Bjarne. While he is struggling to be quick enough at Poole, it's a different story at Monmore where he is easily fast enough and rides the place pretty well. Did well in the B Fixture. I see the forum has gone into overdrive with the usual anti Poole brigade shouting from the rooftops about Hans, who tweeted it was a mistake and he isn't fit, and now Bjarne taking a knock. Clearly Hans is not fully recovered, but regardless of him riding the switch has taken place. Personally I would rather have a fit Andersen than Lindback. A fit Hans should bang in more than Antonio at Monmore. Have no idea about Bjarne. If he isn't fit r/r could be covered by Lindback, Buck, Brady and Adam. Not sure there's any advantage there.
  3. They will do all they can to get it on. Going to be a wet track though.
  4. I see Hans has just poster on Twitter. 10m Hans Andersen #⃣3⃣4⃣ ‏@Hansi_Andersen @Happy_munchkins nope.... came back too early #HandWasntReadyYet
  5. Clearly Poole have not tried to pull a fast one as Andersen is still injured. As Skidderbhas said he had trouble with his grip and was taken out of his last ride. Riders always try to come back too early. It happens all the time. They think they can give it a go but are found out on the race track. People are jumping up and down shouting foul when in truth there's nothing to see. Just a rider going against common sense and giving his injury longer to heal.

    Poole Sign Lindback

What a load of old guff from the usual anti Poole brigade! Poole are not better off with Lindback as he is likely to score less than Hands (see what I did there) around Monmore. Poole had to make a decision based on the facts of the time. Fricke had speared Andersen and caused a quite nasty hand injury. What were Poole actually meant to do? Go with guests and risk a Klindt moment? Or bring in an asset of the club in the hope he could match Andersens scoring? No cheating at all. And now Andersen has decided to try out his injury, unsuccessfully with 0,1,1,1. Clearly fit to ride. But not race. Anyway we can't revert even if we wanted to. The rules just do not allow it. We have to ride at Monmore with a rider who is not likely to trouble the scorers in any serious way, when we could have gone with Harris, (now booked by Lakeside) Wolves must be happy we played a straight bat with a like for like replacement rather than using guests who would have scored more.
  7. Do people honestly think Poole are much stronger tomorrow with Lindback in place of Andersen? Would take Hans over Antonio around Monmore any day.

  9. Buckowski would also be missing.
  10. Freddie not in the Swedish Playoffs? Or Holder? Or Thorsell? Or PK? Or Masters? Or Woffinden? Or Buckowski? That would be an amazing dodged bullet if that is the case.
  11. Swedish Playoffs Tuesday and Wednesday.
  12. With rain forecast for Monday, we then have the problem of the Swedish playoffs on Tuesday and Wednesday. Does that affect ridrrs from either team? So the next free day could be Thursday. But its dogs Thursday night. Looks like Friday could be the next free day after the Monday. Oh hang on. Its official practice for the Torun Gp. Saturday is no good as its the GP. Sunday is Polish Playoff Final. Oops.

Well done to Doyle. Unstoppable imo. Well done birthday boy Holder who showed real resolve to get second. Only 9 points behind the bronze medal.

Woofindens time as wc is coming to an end. No I don't believe that. You just want to blast away its an individual and you are not going to risk avwc for someone else.

I see Matt Ford and his wife watching in the crowd.

Went to the Stockholm GP when Trick was wc in an old stadium and it was a sellout. Just deserts for Kildemand. Now Hancock hit the same rut.
  17. They couldn't last week Wolves came begging for the second leg.

Why have the Swedes turned their back on this gp?

Thats the end of Woffindens challenge. Big hole for Doyle to blast through.

I just hate it when they say, "there was contact there". Of course there was Kildemand leaned into him and did his dying swan act. Works every time.msucker the ref who sees touching and excludes the innocent rider.

Kildemand was behind and does this so often it has become a joke. It will be named, "doing a Kildemand" soon.

I am sick and tired of Kildemand diving at every opportunity to gain an advantage.
  24. Be lucky to see any speedway on Monday looking at the forecast.
