  1. Naivety from Lambert this time, still he’s had a good season
  2. What a shame Doyle is in 9th place.
  3. A touch of hid own medicine.
  4. You beat me to it , he is as bad as Lindgren
  5. Enjoyable meeting tonight. Very pleased for Cierniak, well deserved double SGP2 Champion. depite his cock-up tonight. Congrats tp Ratajczak and Kowalski, certainly shows that yet again Polish speedway looks set for a good future. Henriksson looks very good as does Pedersen, and should be an interesting few years ahead on the international scene.
  6. Incredible result for Wroclaw, another brilliant final heat from Bewley. Considering the injury to Woffinden and losing two more riders to injury tonight, the people of Wroclaw must be feeling proud of their lads tonight' With sixteen year old Malkiewicz and young Kowalski weighing in with 18 points from the reserve positions, Poland have certainly found another two bright stars. Would have loved to have been there for the atmosphere tonight in that rocking stadium, speedway at it's best.

    Moto Gp, 2 And 3

Cracking Moto3 and Moto2 races at Catalunya yesterday, and thankfully Bagnaia escaped without any fractures after his horrific first lap accident. I really feared the outcome for Bagnaia after being run over by Binder, and it's testimony to the skill and reactions of the other riders that the rest of the field managed to avoid Bagnaia lying in the middle of the track. It was difficult to get back into the race after the restart, after all the other carnage at the start of the race. But it turned into an Aprillia double with Espargaro and Vinales in first and second. Hopefully Missano next week will be less eventfu,l, though Bastianini looks like he will be missing after two lots of surgery this week and even though Bagnaia says he will try and be fit and ready for Sunday it would be amazing after the battering he took yesterday. Although I am not a fan of Dixon I thought he rode a brilliant race to take the victory in moto2 from Cannet. After two wins this season I hope he can find the right level of consistency and challenge Acosta and Cannet for the title. Sad to read the news that Paul Bird, for so long a stalwart of BSB died suddenly yesterday.. He will be badly missed in motorcycling circles. RIP Paul and thoughts are with his family and this sad time.
  8. I don't know and hopefully someone will be able to tell us. In such illustrious company today I thought he was brilliant to top score for Wroclaw with twelve points.
  9. And a superb ride from Bewley to cover Kowalski and bring home a 5-1. I expect like me thought he would end up last in both the last two heats against the top guys in the world but he took five points from the two rides, he has come on a bomb this year just like Cierniak
  10. I had mixed thoughts on Lamberts exclusion, originally I put it down to Pawlicki carrying too much speed into the bend, but then there was no need for Lambert to drift so wide , and I think it ended as the correct decision. As Daz said would have been good to see a replay.
  11. Lambert completely through that away with his unnecessary move on Pawlicki. He just seems to make some naive decisions at times.
  12. Come on Adam, surprise everybody again !!
  13. WWhat, and miss Flint winning his next ride
  14. At least Danny can spend the whole evening watching his beloved United now, up the Wolves
  15. I'm beginning to think that Cierniak is going places this year and that he is going to become a force to be reckoned with in the future. Think thats the first time I've ever seen any aggression from him, but wherever I've seen him this season he is always on the pace of the very top guys. GPs in a couple of years time. I shouldn't make these predictions, that'll probably put the kybosh on him !
  16. I accept he is young as is Ogden but they are in their second full season racing in the elite World Championship in his class, despite Ogdens good qualifying at Silverstone l don’t think either of them have made any great steps forward as many of the other youngsters in moto3 have this year which is disappointing. As an example Alonso who is just seventeen was only in his fifth race when he won last weekend. Far too much media pressure was put on Ogden and Wheatley when they came into Moto3 series from the likes of. BT TV as it was then, and the commentators. They, are not on the very top bikes and it would be interesting to see them on one. But for me neither has really progressed much over the last eighteen months. They will probably find their levels in BSB or similar series eventually. Ogden seems to be able to run at the race pace, whereas Josh is always a few seconds down. As for Carasco she has been a figure head flag carrier for women in the sport but at her age I think she hits the age limit in Moto3 so what does the future hold for her , probably a national series. Just my opinions.
  17. Shes been racing against the guys in Moto3 which is certainly not racing for the faint hearted person to be in for about three years maybe more now. She regularly beats one of our British guys in that class and is better all round racer than Josh Whatley who is supposed to be one of the budding stars in UK racing. You can watch her at 1000 next Sunday morning at the Austrian grand prix, Will somebody one day give her a very top bike to ride and see what happens ?
  18. It takes a week for news to reach where I live.
  19. Good to see Wojdylo scoring well on his debut and taking points off Doyle as well. Watched him a couple of times in Poland and thought he was useful

Sorry, it's my age lol, he was winning it and my brain must have switched off. The man who thinks he is the best rider in the World won it, Espargaro !!

Gotta feel sorry for Ogden stalling on the warm up lap and having to start from the back of the grid.. But he fought back to finish with the lead group and finish 17th in a hectic and entertaining race.Seems incredible to think that the first seventeen crossed the finish line within two seconds of the winner Alonso. As for Alonso it was an incredible ride in only his tenth ever start in the series, he qualified in last place but worked his way through the field to take the win. Good first victory for eighteen year old Aldeguer in moto2 he's been knocking on the door for the last year with the battered Acosta third, sad for Dixon to go out on the first lap. Thought his interview was a bit OTT, but that's emotion for you. He'll be back. Bagnia took the big race whilst the others dropped by the wayside in the changing conditions, but another close finish to complete the weekend. Good to have motogp back after the break and hopefully the second half of the season will bring more tight finishes and exciting racing.
  22. First the World Cup meeting last weekend and now the SEC brings real speedway back to life. Speedway as it should be !!
  23. Best news I’ve heard today. !!

Nice surprise to see Ogden qualify in P2. Must be his and the teams first ever front row start. Looking forward to tomorrow mornings race.
  25. Gutted to read the events of last night. I can only add that my very best wishes go to the cameraman and Craig and hopefully they'll both make a full recovery. As for the moaners and refund seekers it would be good to see people display some common sense and respect for once. I hope they set up a fund to help those injured last night to at least help them with the short term difficulties that are going to be faced by the victim and his family. Sadly all the old values in this country were virtually eradicated during the Thatcher years along with the current despicable cronies who have wrecked this country.. Whatever happened to empathy, integrity and respect eh.
