In the meetings broadcasted on TV everyone knows that they never start at 7:30 and there are useless gaps for adverts and for showing the other meeting that evening, so not sure what he can do to improve that for the people actually watching the meeting live

So if is in the rules, but is advantages to Sheffield, he is useless, if it is the rules but goes against Sheffield he will be OK didn't realise his job role included included making the rules or interpreting them
