    Richie Worrall statement

Absolutely spot on, I've just had a quick look on socials this morning and the amount of people blaming everybody and anybody but Worrall is quite unbelievable. The SCB/BSPL may have their faults but this has absolutely nothing to do with them and they'll be running their drug testing using a 3rd party adhering to tried and tested methods that will stand up to legal scrutiny. The whole point of the test is that it's done without warning... he took a test the next day... he may as well take the test in a few weeks, his test may as well test a thousand different categories, unfortunately for him it means absolutely nothing.
  2. At least Worrall has apologised to his clubs, if not the fans... which is more than Morris ever did
  3. You're such a sociopathic pissflap, go play with your tiny prick and leave this one to the big boys
  4. He probably, naturally, wanted to give a second sample after the first one read positive, but that is not the procedure, presumably because any positive element may have been expelled from the body... looks like this one may go to court
  5. I thought they only took one sample that they then split into two?
  6. I hope for his sake the SCB has a Facebook account then!
  7. And for those of us not on Facebook?

    Leicester Lion Cubs 2023

Will there be a cubs under the new owners? There wasn't under the old ones was there? Especially as there are a total of zero riders in the senior team from the Cubs

    TV coverage

It was all a bit friendly wasn't it
  10. Good from BSN to put a QR code up for the petition Still can't break the 1,500 mark though

    TV coverage

Anybody remember this: If this happened today at 35:40 Rosco would be up on sexual assault charges!
  12. More than 7,500... less than 73,931
  13. It's always better watching Speedway live than on TV, you can take so much more in during a race... rather than watching from a drone for example

    Drugs - Just Say No!

So that's using "recreational" drugs as a performance enhancer, like taking a bravery pill... I suppose if you're daft enough to cheat anything is possible

    Drugs - Just Say No!

Personally I think it'd be far easier to make quick gains by mechanically cheating before pumping yourself full of performance enhancers

    BSN Streaming

Saw James Pearson take his cut off from his wrist immediately after the race while going down the back straight after a heat win last night, not saying it's right or wrong, but if it's a rule, enforce it or do away with it if you're not going to enforce it
  18. Leicester will put a statement out on their website soon... surely... won't they? Even if it's just a repost of the SCB Statement

    UK Speedway in Turmoil?

You'll find that most people on here will agree that 4 riders racing 4 laps is a good a spectacle as it's ever been, probably the best it's ever been. It's just let down massively by those that administer the sport. Some will point to the positives of Oxford & Workington, while casting a blind eye to the numerous clubs that are closing at an alarming rate over the last few years
  20. Can't wait to give you Pirates a spanking at the Lions (crack) Den
  21. I did post this before you guys read the statement out. I'm not entirely sure any other broadcast organisation would have just read a statement and then not mentioned it again but that's obviously your prerogative. Fair play, you did read the statement out and like you say speculation is not something you should be getting into... that's probably left to us on here Would have been nice to have had a riders perspective on the whole drug testing procedure though, especially from one who had so recently fallen foul of it, that after all was the story of the night. Ben Barker, understandably, may not have wanted to talk about it, but there were many other riders and officials available on the night, maybe they closed ranks, I don't know

    Drugs - Just Say No!

I don't know, I'm just a punter who turns up, pays and goes home, I'm not party to all the rumours, only what I read on here really. There seems several types of potential offence, recreational, performance enhancing, medication or faulty test. I can't think that unless you were near the pinnacle of the sport you'd be using performance enhancers. Ignorance is no defence for medication and then there's recreational. Speedway, being an extreme sport, naturally attracts those seeking the high of an adrenaline rush... maybe that's just not enough for some riders. This needs stamping out... and right now. You'd hope to hear of some elevated testing from now until the end of the season from the authorities
  23. If you can ignore the fact that there were only 3 Plymouth riders on view tonight that was a pretty good finish for them. I can't really ignore that fact... so meh Berwick could claim they were robbed with the Hans Andersen exclusion which should probably have been a 5-0 Berwick were poor for not taking Plymouth to the cleaners
