The full list of countries where speedway is actively ridden is as follows. Argentina Australia Austria Belgium Bulgaria Canada Croatia* Czech Republic* Denmark* Finland* France Germany* Great Britain* Hungary Italy* Latvia Netherlands New Zealand Norway* Poland* Romania Russia* Slovakia Slovenia* South Africa Sweden* Ukraine USA Not all these countries have national championships, and of those that do, a few include foreign riders as well. AFAIK, there are only team championships in the countries marked with an * What does this exactly mean ? As I read it, you say that the countries marked with an * are only having a "TEAM-CHAMPIONSHIP". Is it to be understood so that you mean they don't have any individual championships ? tomazpozrl 8 Posted October 7, 2004 Slovenian team champion is AMD Krsko. German junior champion is Mathias Schultz. Italian champion is Emiliano Sanchez Austrian champion is Manuel Hauzinger. Czech junior champion is Miroslav Fencl. Last round of German championship will be held this weekend. There are two more rounds of italian team championship being staged in the next 2 weekends.
