So will sort them out asap and update them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2014 GRAND PRIX PREDICTOR The 2014 GP Series is almost upon us with TAI WOFFINDEN defending the title he won last season despite injuries and being the rank outsider. This year he starts as one of the favourites but will face tough competition from the likes of Darcy Ward, Greg Hancock, Nicki Pedersen, Neils K Iversen and Jaroslaw Hampel. Sadly there is no Emil Sayfutdinov or Tomasz Gollob after they opted to ride in the SEC instead but there are still some big names in the series and even those less fancied could suprise a few in the odd round. This competition is again mainly in two parts. PART ONE is the Spread Bet. In this you are given $10 to place on TWO riders. You can buy or sell these riders and can buy two, sell two or buy one/sell one and can split the amount as you wish. (9/1, 8/2, 7/3, 6/4 or 5/5) For each point you are correct, you will get 10 points. For each point you are wrong, you will lose 10 points. EXAMPLE; If you place $3 on Martin Smolinski to buy at 66, then if he ends up on 77 then you get 11x3 = 330 points. If he ends up on 47 then you lose 19x3 = 570 points. Part Two is at each round I will give a prediction of what each rider will score during each round. You have to pick FOUR riders who you think will do better than the predicted score. For each point you are correct, you get 5 points, but for each point you are wrong then you lose 5 points. In Part One (Spread Bet) - ALL posts must be made BEFORE the televised show starts for the NEW ZEALAND GP. If you post this in time, you will get 100 points at the end of the season. In Part Two (Each GP) - ALL posts must be made prior to the start of the televised showing of that GP and for posting you will get 25 50 points. So in theory you get given 600 points if you post in time for each round (inc Spread Bet) NOTE; Any posts after the cut off time or edited will NOT count, even if its by 1 minute and no bonus points or points will be scored. There will also be a SPECIAL BET in each round. This could be of any sort of prediction that I post, but it can gain you extra points if you are correct. 2014 GRAND PRIX PREDICTED END TOTALS 140 ...
