waiheke1 4,295 Posted May 22, 2017 If he's stuck on a 9 point average then you will be right. No1 would take himUnless someone signs him effective early June when the new averages come into force?
hagonshocker 1,956 Posted May 22, 2017 (edited) Trouble is though once the averages drop to 42(do they?!) a side like Swindon may find it tight to fit someone like Rohan in even on a 5 with the anticipated high figures that our top 3 will have attained, sometimes there could be a case for signing a rider on an inflated average before the 4+4 although it may mean losing The Gap as well? Not as straightforward as first appears Edited May 22, 2017 by hagonshocker

Not as straightforward as first appearsIf your top 3 are averaging about 26.5 between them and the bottom 4 about 13, you should be fine to be able to upgrade one of them to Rohan. Haven't checked latest figures but those are roughly where the Tobins are sitting.

stevebrum 6,821 Posted June 8, 2017 You think. Palm toft is a very good rider.. Im surprised more top flight teams haven't gone for MPT as he always seems to score well in the past. However he isn't in the same bracket as Paddy IMHO.
Paddy The Rebel 300 Posted June 8, 2017 You think. Palm toft is a very good rider..Paddy is technically no1 with his scoring can't see mpt getting near those scores will be good for around 6pts a meeting.

Gresham 928 Posted June 8, 2017 I'm guessing he'll only be used at Leicester, Poole and Wolverhampton....Belle Vue maybe. Paddy hopefully will be back before then.

Not as straightforward as first appears The Robins averages for this season's rides are 38.5. Depending on what happens in Thursday's meeting, Tungate would be a shoe in but strong rumours he was going to Kings Lynn.
