This stream auto-updates

  1. Past hour
  2. see how he does in the home meeting he has alot to do to make up for poor performances
  3. Looking forward to sitting down and watching the most entertaining FTG edge of the seat 4 second gap between each rider I have ever seen on BSN tonight.
  4. Cannot believe they are pis*ing about with a parade. Get on with it. with the unstable weather which could creep in at the last few heats and scupper it.
  5. From a business point of view I agree with this statement. If I was a promoter I would opt out of the BSN streaming, in the last few weeks there has been four sometimes five presenters/comentators at a meeting. I'm sure they are not doing it for there health. Discovery have a team of four and maybe five times the budget, so two would be a enough. From a fans point it is good value but having less presenters would mean money going to the clubs, which is what is needed. Smacks of jobs for the boys taking money out of the sport, a bit like this Speedway Futures Ltd will do.
  6. Knowing Smederna's history of "clutch" performances in playoffs, I wouldn't be so dismissive just yet...
  7. watch along / unofficial fan commentary from 7.20pm, join us in the comments
  8. The Sheffield v Ipswich home fixture still needs to be raced to decide that 😂 the sport is a farce to be honest. Play offs likely should have been semis BV v Sheff and Ipswich v Leicester… never mind the rain offs for who gets to ride at home second leg
  9. well he done pretty good on the grass meeting but the previous meetings for glasgow have been poor shades of a few years ago ?
  10. Today
  11. First thing he can suggest is that we get people back into stadiums by ditching the loathsome BSN. Why do we have to have streaming that gives fans a perfect excuse to not bother? Get rid of it. Its rubbish
  12. Also worth mentioning referee Krister Gardell now does his two last meetings of his career since 60 is the mandatory age for retirement for speedway referees.
  13. The East of England Showground development is now in limbo after a key legal agreement (Section 106) was not signed by EEAS/AEPG, missing yet another crucial deadline. As a result, the proposals will return to the Planning and Environmental Protection Committee on October 21st, with both applications expected to face a recommendation for rejection. The future of the site remains uncertain. For speedway supporters, there is still a potential way back – but if this latest twist plays out as reported, it should be seen as a battle won rather than the end of the war. As Bratters’ post highlights, this is a moment to take heart – but not to let our guard down. There are still plenty of concerns and questions in the article, and history shows we can’t trust this lot further than we can throw them.
  14. So a little overcast but dry and warm(ish) as we wait in the car park for the gates to open.
