  4. no he wont because the only help he will get is that he gets from himself and it wont be enough he would also have to sign for poole pirates
  5. well done ricky moaning minnies shut up the guy stepped up his game to win yesterday and deserves it those who "GIVE THESE KIND OF METTINGs A WIDE BIRTH" you miss out and it is your loss and i suspect that you wouldnt turn out at a neutral track either, sheffield is a great home for it perhaps ole olsen could be allowed to prepare the track that would surely take away any home track advantage or perhaps you would like some more top meetings held on the south coast, especially when the best and travelling fans are all up here
  6. interested to see the full result amazed chris kerr is leading tbh especially with such a strong field
  7. agree with earlier comments some teams had a spearhead rider one or two had a little back up from a second rider but worky were a different class in their top 3 they all rode as N0 1's and i have to say they would have been very close pretty much anywhere i am looking forward to it being the blue touch paper we are looking for our top 3 fitting their billing. roll on this afternoon

    Swc- The Final

as you say rules is rules but i too am gutted for a team who did all the work and scored substantially more points than their rivals only to be pipped by silly rules imo such rules are arguable at premier league level but without precedent at international level well don the aussies (and that sticks in my throat more than a little)
  9. i never doubted even when all around me were thinking it all over well done guys kake's mates from finland were stood by us and what a night they had, great support from the mancunian mexicans as well.

    "british Fans A Disgrace"

certainly in the seventies that was the rule no crossing bfor 30yards and a marker was always there, the fact that there is no marker any more would suggest the rule has gone, as fasr as i am concerned he is reaping the rewards of his past. if he thinks that all is forgotten because he thinks he has changed well it doesnt work that way, the fact is he has not made himself popular end off
  13. great night in the stadium ridiculous decisions someone mention SOME booing during an interview, for all you tele watchers out there last night anytime np showed his face or his name was mentioned including his podium the whole stadium erupted in boos i am sorry to say this but np has turned in to a right little drama queen, it isnt only his back wheel that gets spin on it. when he fell in the final he knew it was his fault and he would be ex, so in order to take as much limelight as he could he made a great show of getting off the track quickly, he then proceeded to fall to the ground as if injured and here comes the good bit, no medeic went to his aid, after about 30 secs 2 camera men raced to him and took close up shots, the medics around 30 of them then began to walk back to thner pits and stood ten mtrs from him still preone on the ground and still never gave him time of day, after a while he eventually sat up knowing no one was going to play his game dusted himself off and walked casually to his podium spot, this whole episode is bad for speedway something must be done pl pairs the night before would have put this meeting to shame except of course for what seems to be holding speedway up more than ever 'REFEREES'
  14. congrats boys great win fully deserved regards the booing it was not just worky fans nor was it just reading fans but almost every non somerset fan, the result given by the ref on the somerset reading semi was the most atrocious i have ever seen cleary lemon took third place lemon new it and both rebels riders new it and eveeryone in the meeting who was watching new it and i am sure that a suitable shot from the video will prove it, diabolical is the only word for it and the fans were robbed from seeing the best 4 riders in the meeting in the final imo. as a worky fan i believe we got the roll of the dice in having somerset in the final as reading would imho have been a much different kettle of fish. What other way can anyone tell me does a crowd use to show their displeasure, there has always been only one as far as i know and that is the boo. it was well deserved tonight as reading were robbed by an inattentive referee sitting comfortably in his box while lemmo was taking his life in his hands to entertain and grab a third place. fantastic meeting, great track well prepared and well run even the contoversy whilst unhelpful certainly got the place buzzing
  15. any more weather reports we have travelled down to cardiff from worky and it has rained all the way and still is if we are going we need to set off soon what is it looking like
