  1. New shale whatever for? I must admit my first thought was...... has Moley nicked it lol
  2. I listened to the whole of the interview, I'm afraid Tony Mole didnt come across to clever, he was very evasive when asked questions by Mark Regan. I appreciate he's only honourary President of the BSPA (and I'm afraid they didn't come across too good either) therefore he said he had no knowledge of what was said. I think the whole business stinks, were still none the wiser now what with all the "he said, she said" shenannigans. One thing did strike me though, Why was TM offering to buy the Plant, would it be for Cradley by any chance?
  3. Weather permitting myself and a few others will be travelling up for what may be our last ever Brummies match. I certainly hope not.
  4. Even though I've already paid for my season ticket, I'd be willing to put a tenner in, it'll be a push as I'm a senior but If it saves my beloved Brummies I'll do it all day long. However..................... Only if not one penny is handled by Messers Phillips sorry, but I'll not hand them another red cent of my money! Really? Yes, he has put a substantial amount of money in but he knew he was struggling last year and that was with a 50/50 partner. He had the option to go in the "Winter of Discontent" but he turned down that offer probably because it wouldn't recoup what he'd put in. However he's in a worse financial situation now isn't it better to take a loss than go broke? What I can't understand is at our Fans Liasion group meeting a few weeks ago AP sat us all down and said Birmingham Speedway is completely DEBT FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why does he continually blame us the fans? A lot of us have already put our money in via season tickets yet every time he opens his mouth via the programme or the media its our fault, he's the promotor for Gods sake get out and promote your business!

Absolutely spot on with this post! Only a lottery winner would take on promoting a speedway team nowadays with the expectation of getting nothing in return! To be fairMoorski, there was no guarantee that Doyle would have ridden for us this year, he's not our asset so he was only on loan. As regards Eastborne, anyone who didn't go to this meeting missed out on an exciting match IMHO.

Do you think it was because he was on his old bike? Neither he nor Ben have beed hitting the scores since they went with Team Revolution.

Not for me, I'm Brummies through and through, season ticket holder and proud of it. The management have kept the prices down we are the cheapest entrance fee in the Elite League and season ticket holders get a free full programme too. I don't know who the hell you are Pedlar, certainly not a Brummies fan, I'm sick to death of hearing about your anti management posts your nothing but a keyboard bully spouting forth crap! Oh by the way the Seclo Classic is free to season ticket holders! Please feel free to crawl back under the rock you have slithered from! Up The Brummies

Your right ZP, no place for Auty, think he went off the boil a bit towards the end though, as for Nico it depends who the next signing is but I guess we all know that by now! Not at all enamoured to be honest! Lets hope GD can bring the best out of him but I doubt it! Definitely not a Dane though thats for sure!
  13. The numptys that run our council Starman6. It was a proviso of our planning permission that No AIR HORNS were to be used at Perry Barr. Which Tony Mole readily agreed to so that the Brummies could once again take their rightful place back in Speedway, It states in the programme that air horns are banned and despite several requests from supporters, myself being one, and requests over the tannoy as to refrain from using them Poole suppoters continued to do do even whilst the announcement was being made. The request was met with a torrent of abuse, mine was " if you want it come and get it" unfortunately I'm on crutches otherwise I would have done and probably rammed it happily down her throat! Especially after she commented so what we don't care!!!! Edinburgh and Newcastle, both came to Brum in the PL days by the coach loads and played the game the Scots even had the bagpipes but not an air horn in site and we had not an Iota of trouble with either set of supporters. Is it any wonder Poole are the most reviled team in British speedway?
  14. Brums cost is £20 and £16 for concessions included in that is a £4-00 programme and even better if you book in advance there's another £1 off so all in all very good value.
