  1. My daughter lives at Martlesham and she said it hammering down late evening into the early hours and that ain't silly far from the stadium, i'd prefer it was called off so Ipi have Doyle back for both legs rather then have to rely on Harris to cover for Doyle.

    Ipswich 2023

Getting back to this season as there's still plenty to play for, what's the latest with Dan Thompson, is he due back or is he out for the season and ive missed it, not actually seen any updates on his fitness of late.
  3. It's the same every year tho, teams will be faffing about mid October trying to fit a play off final in no doubt.
  4. Least it gives Doyle the chance of riding in both legs if he's fit enough to ride in the now first leg Thursday.

    Sheffield Tigers 2023

I think Jack will be advised by his Polish club to sit out the rest of the season over here and concentrate on his Polish commitments and just ride over there till their done plus the remaining GPs if he's had no reaction from riding last night that is, as for guests it's a bit premature mentioning Fricke coz as it stands Leicester still have a fighting chance of the play offs, Ipswich have to win at King's Lynn really and hope Leicester don't pick up any points from their last couple of meetings.

    Glasgow 2023

I believe by what was said on another thread that it was indeed his new engine that let go in his first race, and obviously his 2rd bike wasn't up to much as he then failed to score a point all meeting.

    Ashton Boughen

And what size are her fun bags
  8. I think Rew was cut a bit of slack first half of the season after coming back from a pre season injury and riding fresh tracks he hadn't seen before, he doesn't really have any excuse for his poor scores now tbf, he's generally been very disappointing.
  9. I'm not sure if Boughen can ride in top league as a RS, i saw on another thread he'll be assessed as a 2 pointer which only allows him to ride in Championship, don't think you can ride in the top league unless your a 3 pointer or higher, that's what i read anyway.

    Peterborough v Sheffield - 21st Aug

Emil does the same as you say but you don't hear him being called Polish, just poor all round like the camera work most of the while.

    Peterborough v Sheffield - 21st Aug

Nearly as bad as that women calling Vadim Polish 2 or 3 times, beat me to it Baldy.
  12. Any links to scorecard for this meeting.

    Kings Lynn 2023

Laguta is the same as a lot of the Poles who come over here, their brought up on big fast tracks that need no real skill or throttle control, just twist it wide open and hang on, him and Emil are certainly chalk and cheese.

    King's Lynn v Ippo 17/08/23

That's what is says on Lynn Facebook page.

    King's Lynn v Ippo 17/08/23

    Lambert in Laguta out
  16. Tbf to Barker who has had various issues in the past and comes with plenty of baggage no one can fault him for effort, you won't catch him wimping out off a tight first bend or moaning about track conditions, he just gets on with it and puts in 100%.
  17. Lucky that Rory S was injured coz he wouldn't of put a shift in like Barker, Harris, Lambert and a few others did, just show's what can be done if ya got big enough balls and not afraid to attack the track.

    My Top 20 Riders

He certainly looks a fine prospect but time will tell, we've all seen and heard about plenty of boy wonder's at 15/16 who sadly amount to nowt after a few yrs.

Latvian GP Riga Saturday 12th August

Yeah the highlights is poor at best, just glad ive got Discovery+sports so can watch the GP's if they ain't on Eurosports

Latvian GP Riga Saturday 12th August

Exactly this, Bart will have it his own way for a good few yrs i think tbf, there's plenty of riders in the series that can take points off him now and again but can't do it regularly, plus 9 times outta 10 he'll deliver when it matters at the business end of a GP when others fail.

Latvian GP Riga Saturday 12th August

    SON 2 (U21) Riga Friday August 11th

I dunno anyone apart from Bailey who's already been mentioned who were a better option besides Rowe, Gilkes and Kemp, i suppose there's Jenkins, Edwards and Flint if they were still in the age bracket, but would any of them performed any better.
