If you've successfully downloaded the tickets into the app ahead of time then you don't need connectivity/network access to open the app and see the tickets. You can test this by putting your phone into flight/airplane mode and opening the SeeTickets Wallet app.
I called the 7p/min group line today to book mine - all good - spoke to a real person , was able to specify the seats I wanted - but I was booking 16 tickets
I've got the same query - have always booked through ticketmaster as you can pick your seats. We're a group of 16 and prefer to have two rows of 8, one behind the other so we're not stretched out along one row. Can't see a way to do that with Seetickets
Haven't received our tickets from Ticketmaster yet either and site shows tickets as 'not dispacted' I've just sent then an email through the customer services system - will see what happens
There are 13 of us travelling down on Saturday and at the moment, no tickets! My parents are stressing big time
