The fact that they thought they needed to make a statement makes it less believable. After all, they didn't think they needed to make a statement to explain the absence of Becker or MPT.

Looking at Kings Lynn's results, are they already trying this?

Wolves v Sheffield kc..19th June..
RS50 replied to Pauldoveyspeedway's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Should be a Wolves win on the night. If Bellego really is out, this should strengthen Sheffield, if Kerr fit. If he's unable to ride would need a guest (could it be Pickering)? I'll go for an aggregate win for Sheffield. -
Sheffield v Ipswich 15th June (A fixture)

Rugby team played there about ten years ago, but didn't like it, as pitch already too narrow. They now play at Olympic Legacy Park, so no chance of them wanting to return. -

I seem to recall hearing that, several years ago, Neil Machin wanted to do this, but was refused permission -

Has this been announced, or is it just your speculation? -

Sheffield v Ipswich May 18th - Reinstated?

How was the football match allowed to go on for so long? I thought there was a sports curfew in the area. -
Sheffield v Ipswich May 18th - Reinstated?

To me, it's showing no consideration to the fans who wanted to go to this match. Also seems inconsistent with the Phil Morris statement about cancelling two rounds of the pairs, to get the league finished, before the play offs are due to start. -

Not for the first time either. -
Or only want to do a quarter of a lap.

Only Belle Vue not scheduled to race this Thursday so limited choice of guest, especially with Becker's average reduction. If they go with r/r, does the average reduction still come in to effect, as this would affect who is eligible to take his rides?
-
How can it be untraceable? Surely it's in the same place it's always been.

Tigers and Wednesday have been at home same night previously, so no reason why it should.

I'm sure there would be plenty of room.

As well as, or instead of Lindgren.

The future of British Speedway after the 2023 season
RS50 replied to TTT's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
With the reduction in the number of teams, I believe a merger between the top two leagues is inevitable. Would have to be a championship level standard, due to affordability issues with some clubs. Probably means this year could be the last time we will see the likes of Bewley, Doyle,Sayfitdinov, Holder etc. -
Came back to ride for Sheffield in 2nd division, nowhere near as good as he previously was, then quit.
-
Also, usually pubs near housing estates. Most speedway noise would be before 10pm. Most noise at pub chucking out time likely to be when people want to sleep.
-
Simple really. Scott Nichols was not a member of the club but rode for them. He then joined them but did not ride for them. Has now left the club but will be back riding for them.
-
Hi, can anyone tell me if admission this year, will be cash, card or either? Thanks

Doesn't help teams who fail to qualify for play offs, and speedway, ideally needs all teams to survive.
