It Is Time To Get Shot Of Mr Watt!
Southend Sid replied to Vincent Vega's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Wow so Jespen Jensen is actually the 'future' do you measure history by speedway riders names as well or is it just the future (sorry Jespen Jensen ?? What name have you got for the 'battle of Hastings' ??? Actually I have a funny story for you JJR , my nan (god rest her sole) used to ice skate with JJ's nan, and when they met there husbands and JJ's grandfather they actually all fell over on the Ice together, and they got wet bottoms . My grandmother used to love telling that story.....JJR have you got any funny anecdotes about your grandparents?? -

Do you know if he has contacted any clubs in the midland development league? I used to go to school with his mum when I was back home and she quite simply cooked the nicest pastries I have ever tasted. Talking of pastries JJR are you a savoury man, or do you go for the fruit flan when your in the bakers? -

It's a shame we couldn't have got a point, but fair play to the stars they are a very strong unit this year! I think for us it stands us in good stead that up until the last we were still init for a point up until heat 15. Poor old PK certainly seems a little slower this year home and away, but great to see our Richard lawson getting an away win obviously along with Bech but again the star of the show for us was the speed and gating of adam ellis . I still think we will be in the mix big time at the end of the year, but we really do need to see one rider stop talking the talk and start walking the walk!! my advise would be this..... If you want to be a cafe fighter go and be a cage fighter, if you want to be a speedway ride, go and be a speedway rider..... But hey that's not for me to tell anyone what to do..... -
Hi can anyone advise if there is a new sgp game out for androids? I have sgp 13 but can't find another for this year

Is Winning At All Costs Destroying The El?
Southend Sid replied to DarrenCook's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
A question to you all? If and this is a big if, That lets say only 2-3 promoters could afford to loose the moneyor afford to pay for a team each season to a 45 point limit, and the other promoters just couldnt afford to build to that, so then there were only 2 or 3 teams? Would that be the answer for british speedway? or if we all took our rose tinted specs off all built to a figure that all promoters could afford to build too lets say 40? and this created a fair and balanced league would that be the answer for british speedway? Also people pay more for a water down product??? A promoter loses £40k last season but after putting the price up by £1 a person and built a team to 40 point avergae then at the end of the year only lost say 7k of his money thats HIS MONEY?? is he still taking the peee out of the speedway public? just a thought I dont have the answer some how I dont see 45 point limit means 2000 fans through your door 40.00 limit 800 through your door, the bigger picture for me would be someone with the brains to come in keep the great things about the sport strip it from head to toe and start again if it took 5-6 years to transform, on a budget and then grew the sport to levels of other proffesional sports in the UK? -
