Why don't they come clean about the admission structure? It's only a tenner because there isn't a Cobra in the field. -
My God, you have actually posted something I haven't found necessary to read twice to understand Perhaps you go all middle class outside the Premier League thread? Or perish the thought, a southerner in disguise?

Ben Fund Meeting
Inspector 71 replied to colincooke's topic in Speedway Testimonials & Individual and Shared Events
I recall in the 80s Bruce Penhall riding in a 4 team tournament and he would've broke the track record at the Rye if it weren't for him pulling wheelies for half the race. Can't recall him riding at the Rye other than on that occasion. I also recall a young Hans Nielsen racing to I think an 18 point max in Denmark v England test match. The point is class riders should be able to race any circuit provided it is safe. Rye House should pose no problems for Crump, Adams etc. I just hope the track holds up for a long afternoon of racing and gives the riders on show sufficient racing lines to provide some proper entertainment. Doubtless Woffinden will be pulling his customary cut backs, riding inside and out and in the process showing one or two current/ex-Rockets how the track can and should be ridden. -

In fact Len will put an opposing rider on the post match parade truck if his performance was of particular merit even where the opposition team have been heavily beat. Piscz springs to mind. -

The thread being closed probably saved me from a ban given Richardson's performance and my thoughts on it. -

They can't have any excuses. This 5 were brought in for track specialist knowledge, although that smacked of hypocricy given the manager's other comments. -
Congratulations Middlo Bashers

I agree but we know that this isn't the case. Allen admitted on Sky, i think the Lakeside match, of his dislike of the track. Another GB hopeful, Kennett, is hopeless at Kings Lynn. I'm singling these two out because of their importance to team GB. -

So Rymel and Nermark can win races but not the GB Elite. -

Tai is different gravy to some of our one track wonders. Mark my words, he should be out there tonight. -

Rubbish. He's a damn sight better than you give him credit. He hammered Rymel at Berwick at the weekend and the Czech is proving no mug tonight.
