Best Teams You Can Build Under 50pt Limit

If you truly think that, you are very sadly mistaken and don't really know these boys very well at all. Yes, suffered some injuries, Rory's two severe ones but he's not bottled out. That last shoulder injury was a 12 months recovery on its own let alone his spinal injuries and he went back in 7 weeks and yes he wasn't strong enough but certainly not lost any bottle. His progress after spinal injury he was coming along nicely until being wiped out again. Coming back from those injuries and racing is not someone who has lost his bottle, most riders give it away when losing there bottle. A little respect and given a decent recovery period hopefully you will see Rory back to his old self. I for one hope all boys come back and strut their stuff.

    King's Lynn Stars 2017

Well, I for one hope you are so wrong. These accidents aren't as a result of his doing. Wrong place, wrong time. I do hope he has a change of luck as he certainly deserves it. Sounds abit like you think he's an accident going to happen. A more positive approach to the new season would have been a nicer way to put it, even if you don't want him in the team cos that your choice and entitled to it. He works hard, very hard to have a very positive attitude with the horrific injuries he has had and always comes back into the chase. I hope he can do it again, for him and whoever he rides for.

    Coventry 2017

Great start for the Coventry Bees with Jim Lynch joining the Team. Be brings a lot of experience to the Team and it says a lot for the year ahead I feel. Enjoyed his company with Manager for Bellevue a few years ago. Congratulations Jim and welcome back to Speedway.
  4. Your comment is a disgrace and has total disregard for track and rider safety. I see you love see see blood and guts rather than good racing. Rory was fit and is fit and who are you to judge. Rory represented 13 riders on Wednesday night and was supported by them all. Seems representation and being a spokesperson you cope the flack! What you need is to have respect for someone with more guts and determination to have been what's he's been through and come out the other side still with passion for his sport. I beg the differ in your opinion. Ask anyone that Rory is more than capable of being a competent wet track rider having ridden the first four years on the wettest tracks in the UK and scored highly on them.

    Belle Vue V Leicester

Can I just say, Rory goes out to race every race to the best of his ability. He is like everyone else who has a family and a mortgage. He did not go out to try and lose for himself or Team he represents. He is there to do a job which is why he tries so hard and gets so many guest bookings, because he puts in an effort and he gives to British Speedway. If he purposely lost races for the hell of it or trying different set ups, during competition, he wouldn't continue to get bookings would he?. He's done his testing! He just had a rubbishter of a night, plain and simple and no excuses by himself. Just had one of them nights, so please stop suggesting otherwise or making something that isn't there speculating about nothing or to suggest conspiracies what or why he was poor. Just one of them. Next match is another day. Hope you didn't write off your team after the Aces performance at Leicester because that's how stupid the comments are. Writing off a rider or Team after a bad one. Rory has more respect with Clubs than to pull crap like that.
  8. Very one sided comment MDMc82. Two sides to every argument and I was present and you wouldnt want to hear what you Team Manager called me, let alone Rory, so lets just drop it shall we. End of discussion.

    Kings Lynn 2015

His name is Wade Aunger and touches down tomorrow. Mr excitement plus! Emil was riding and had signed a contract accordingly but as this regretful action by Leszno obviously now has denied him his commitment to ride for Rory. Emil did everything right and so did Rory and we cant dwell on negatives and move on to enjoy what is going to be a fantastic show and presentation. Im so looking foward to it but not the flight.
  10. Been a bit late on advising Kenneth Bjerre is the next rider named in Rory's Invitational Meeting. Welcome Kenneth and thank you.
  11. Rorys next rider taking his place in none other than the young an exciting Russian Emil. What an exciting lineup taking place. Well done Rory.
  12. Rider number 8 is Troy Batchelor. Great lineup for this meeting with a couple more to go. We wait in anticipation.
  13. Just thought I would start this off by letting everyone know about Rory's Invitational Meeting (Testimonial). A meeting with a difference to be held at Kings Lynn on March 15, 2015. Riders recently named over the Xmas period have been: Jason Doyle, Neils K Iverson, Chris Holder, Scott Nicholls and Bomber Harris. More announcements over the New Year Period I believe. This is not your average run of the mill meeting, added with spice and thunder! Hope if goes off well and the weather is good to him. Unfortunately, we wont be there but will be following it closely online.

A Happy Christmas Wherever You Are

Happy New Year to one and all from Brighton Beach in Adelaide on this very warm 38 degree day. Just watching the fireworks from the Jetty with the beach alive with party revellers wearing fluro coloured necklaces, bracelets, head gear, in shorts, tees and thongs, to lighten the festivities. No doubt a very different New Years in Europe.
