Just watched the gp,knew the result but pleased for bomber.i have my doubts if he should be in it but what a battler.he so close to the top riders but just being slightly behind at this level is massive.similar to Scott really and rico

my lads reckon ive only ever let them down once, it was when the 3 of them wanted a day off school to go and meet slipknot in brum where they were doing a signing session.i had to be on the wifes side because shes a teacher so I said no even tho I remember thinking they would remember the slipknot meeting for ever whereas the day at school would be long forgotton.which it is.15 years later they still jokingly bring this up from time to time

the lad comes first every time, there will be more meetings but he will remember you deciding speedway over a night in with him. do the right thing

I've no idea whose right or wrong in this matter but after travelling up and down the country the last 6 years and encountered many farcical situations at various tracks I decided not to bother travelling away this year. I just pick the odd meeting here and there ,mainly in the pl. and after watching the farce at Kings Lynn for a few hours last night I'm beginning to wonder why I bother. I'd be better off becoming a footie fan again

not being negative but if the leagues become the same standard whats the point in promotion and relegation anyway. surely promotion means you move up to a higher level. changes are needed but this has not worked in the past. then again lets see what cunning plan the powers that be come up with

just got round to watching it , cracking gp I thought. what happened in the first running of the final as it was missed off the recording. don't know how I did it but saw a picture of kildemand on top of the rostrum before I started to watch it and didn't realise it was from last year so thought hed won it again. doh

Tough decision for rosco ,as most seem to agree on 3 the last place between King on last nights performance but wasn't being considered before it, bomber who as never let us down but was woeful last night or Nicholls who should be considered for home track knowledge and experience but asnt wanted to know for the past few years. Myself I'd go for.............no idea tbh!!!!!! Let see the form of all 3 over the next few weeks On another point I reckon the rule on the reserve is daft, make it you can use him for an out of form rider if you want. Just being able to use them for injury is open to abuse just like we saw a few years ago Wrong thread. Doh!

Not sure why they are running against the British final, I suppose it's a case of having to. Because it's Buxton and the cup il be having a glass of wine and Chinese and watching the British final. I wonder how it affects the crowd level. Shame we have to choose. They again if the weathers anything like it is at the download festival it'll be off anyway

Agree Colin I also bought a bike back in my youth and despite riding bikes for a fair chunk of my life il never forget the power in that bike. Total respect for anyone having a go. I watch the kids in the nl and can't believe how they manage it and as for the top boys I have utter respect and jealousy for them
