North has the capability to obtain a near 7.00 average and i cannot believe that we do not want him for next season as i think he is on a bargain average. He would be a great signing for any team, prem or elite.
  2. Think it deserves a thread, First five riders confirmed are Joonas Klymakorpi, Bjarne Pedersen, Tyron Proctor, Shane Parker and Justin Sedgmen, For more info see the rebels website. Please lets get a big crowd down for a great man, he will not be forgotten.

ok maybe i did exaggerate but it wasn't only rebels fans who booed johno. I'm not trying to cause an argument here just trying to get the blame off the rebels fans for booing johno when it wasn't only them

I disagree yes it was dry but not that dusty but then again it was hot all day yesterday. Every fan that I spoke to said that it was a good track. I spoke to about 9/10 other fans and they all said that the track was one of if not the best track in the league. But yes as i said the track was dry but i doubt that any other track would be any different with the weather we had down here yesterday and it was watered throughout the heats. Then again people have different opinions but as i said lot's of people were happy with the track.

Well done sheffield from a very proud rebels fan absolute brilliant night, talking to loads of fans tonight and no one slated the track or the racing which really made me proud. Loved the sheffield fans after the meeting in the pits you lot were so nice and gracious in victory, no arrogance about winning, same goes to the glasgow fans who were gracious in defeat against the rebels. And also thanks to the rebels promotion for a great night
  9. The riders really wanted to do this, as we were going back out of the gate from the memorial service i saw mark lemon getting all his gear out then we waited outside for 15 minuites and then the referee decides to go on a track inspection as the riders thought the track was ok. Before the service the track looked as if it could have been salvaged as it looked good but we had a very heavy downfall during the service which just was too much for the track. This is no fault of anyones just the weather.

i'm not saying they didn't deserve it i'm saying they had luck on their side anyone can see that with parker in glasgow would be there and also i'm saying that king's lynn and worky were the better teams i have not got it in for birmingham at all as i live in brum myself

firstly sorry i'm so late, i would just like say how unlucky it was for both king's lynn and workington who were the best sides on the night and should both be in the final (coming from a somerset fan). also i feel that that in semi-finals there shouldn't be any disqualifications i mean it takes the fun out of it, birmingham didn't deseve to get to the semi(no offense) let alone the final, meanwhile in the other semi we beat worky fairly although they were still the better side. finally can i say how disgusted i was with the birmingham support who came and barged my uncle out of the way saying "oi this is the place for the winners" then took the mick when we were chanting rebel rebel, when they sounded like a bunch of apes trying to chant something (couldn't even work out what it was) we didn't take the mick.

for the matter on the booing at the end it was reading fans around 20 of them and they were disgraceful there was four of us rebels at the start line and they were really nasty to us swearing so we stood up for our team and were actually louder
