No brainer, they are a must in terms of a professional image nowadays.

The second sentence reeks of the usual Poole arrogance which up to now we haven't seen from poolebolton. Hopefully its a one off.
-
Absolutely. Matching race jackets amongst a mish mash of different race suits has long since had its day and looks awful in team speedway.
-
And mine! They still even watch 101 & 103 rather than 115 & 178

Maria Herrera has been in the Moto 3 category of Moto GP for three years.

Been discussed many times before, no stock cars would almost certainly mean no top flight speedway. As nice as an Easter League meeting would be it ain't gonna happen, although I believe Ipswich declined home and away Good Friday challenge matches for this year?

Which rider is to improve the most in 2018

Lewis Bridger is one of the most naturally talented motorcyclists I've seen going round a speedway track in my 30+ years of attending. Unfortunately there are many more ingredients to being a top speedway rider and sadly he didn't have many of them. -
Can't agree with you there, it's Lakeside raceday and not a Premiership one, simple as that really. Obviously the extra pennies on the gate are worth it to Somerset even though it will weaken them against the best team in the league.
-
Have they taken priority over Good Friday? For example last I heard Lawson will be racing for Lakeside that day and not Somerset, as he should.

Exactly. I'm not comfortable with Lambert being compared with this rider or that or having massive expectation lumped on his shoulders. He is currently the best young rider we have and he should be left to develop at his own pace. He is getting good experience across Europe and while there are no doubt things he can improve on both on and off the track he is learning with every meeting and has potentially twenty years of career ahead of him. Best thing is to support him and see where he ends up. -
Just like ' Brazilian wonderkid' in football.
-
I thought he had committed to remain with the team which he got promoted with?

For the millionth time people are fed up with the system, not the team(s) taking advantage of it. -
There is wrapping yourself up in cotton wool and then there is making sensible and mature choices less than a month before the season starts. If it was a Lynn rider I'd be rather peeved.

As a general point I don't think there is any excuse for poor customer service and not putting those who pay to use your business and therefore keep it afloat first, second and third. Whatever the shortcomings of that business are excellent customer service should be an absolute minimum. It's a no brainer. 'Customers are not an interruption of our work, they are the purpose of it'.

Won't wind my neck in cheers, it's a forum to give opinions As for the West Brom players, every book available should have been thrown at them for that.
-
Doesn't show Bates or speedway in a very good light IMO, how many athletes of other sports would be pratting about like this a month before their season starts? Unprofessional.
-
For a start hopefully everything that Woffinden says that they should be doing and currently are not. Make it a much more professional set up with proper training schedules and a progression path right through to the first team with regular meetings on the continent.

If not Batch then Tungate I'd have thought? As poolebolton says though whoever is in form at the time.
-
Batchelor must be a shoe in with how he rides Belle Vue.
-
This thread has become an embarrassment. Have a word with yourselves!
-
Have a look at Belle Vue on Google Maps starman and compare it to Swindon and Berwick and almost any other big track apart from Peterborough, it's much rounder and has bends which are far longer and more sweeping. It really doesn't need shortening.

But surely you put an opinion on a public forum knowing that somebody at some point will probably challenge it? Especially when it goes against the grain so much. If you can't be bothered with the hassle surely you wouldn't give that opinion in the first place
