  1. I think we can safely say he is struggling with his injuries tonight, can't see him riding tomorrow and he'd be daft to try on Saturday.
  2. Not surprising on a tight track in what was pretty much a dead rubber, and not entirely dissimilar to Worrall last weekend.
  3. I quite fancied a win for Lynn until Lambert fell off on Sunday, should still be able to keep it close though.
  4. Not saying Wolves were busting a gut necessarily but that's an encouraging display against arguably the best team in the league on the track least suited to our skills. Hopefully they can take that into Wednesday at Belle Vue.

Shovvy's refusal to refer to the track at all tells you everything you need to know and a bit more.

Bjerre wants shooting for that, awful ride.

What an awful speedway track Poole is. I realise I'm throwing stones from the safety of my greenhouse but at least Lynn is smooth. The Dorset rollercoaster never went away one would suspect.

It's a Middlo type call. Taxi for Rosco.

I think one of the reasons Puk is struggling is that he doesn't ride over here.
  10. Wow well done Newcastle. Hope Robert is ok.

If he wasn't in the GP's I bet he would do a third league....therefore he kind of is absent from the UK to concentrate on the GP series.

Which clubs who 'rely on him' has he let down?
  13. Even the best teams have off days. Glasgow are still a class act. Meanwhile there must be a youngster around who can do a better job than Hall.
  14. Exactly, he is nineteen. I think because he has been riding for so long people forget that. We should be concentrating on all the good things he does rather than the few negative things. He was born and raised in the UK. It's to our benefit that he was able to develop his skills in Germany before he turned 15.
  15. I don't think he's God's gift either, but he is the best young rider we have produced for a good few years. You don't have to support him, that is people's own choice but why slag him off? So what if he pops a few wheelies if he's out of contention in a race? Hardly crime of the century. I assumed he acknowledged Cook after heads one and fifteen in a sporting manner?
  16. Somebody calls you a p¡llock and with no reference to any Polish riders so you start going on about Woffinden? Nobody on here appears to have anything against Magic, Dudek, Zmarzlik or Pawlicki so why do you bang on about British rider(s)? It's a cowards way of arguing. It appears you just troll on here to slag off British people, very sad.
  17. I see the Lambert haters are out in force again. Why do we British love to knock a good sportsman when we produce one? Baffling.

I'd say it comes down to economics. With respect Jake is/was unlikely to be a top rider so why would he jeopardise a well paid job.
  19. Why do you have to post this nonsense all the time? Most if us accept that GB are currently in a poor place on the world stage and just want to see good speedway regardless of who wins. Wouldn't bother me if Poles win every round as long as the racing is good as it was last night. I think most fair minded people would be pleased to see Doyle win the world title, should have done last year and has that look about him again. Fair play for his performance last night while on crutches in between heats.

I agree, eight would be a decent return for Robert at 19 years old and considering his gating.

Masters in there too with Kurtz at reserve I reckon.
  22. I'm sure most people don't give a rat's arse what he thinks.
  23. The Pairs is more important than being a GP reserve when they have both had that experience already. Better to give it to our next best two youngsters who haven't tasted being involved at Cardiff.
  24. As comebacks go that's pretty weak and unoriginal, expected more from a man of your intelligence to be honest. Anyway, do you reckon you'd get brum to give up first if you had a 'discussion' with him? Bold claim if so.
