Lucky you I have sent an email to Paul Bellamy four time, rung twice and left messages copied email to IMF head office and all been ignored, still got no news on my "Goodwill Tickets re German Grand Prix" which I have now given up on so I would say there customer service is none existant.

Sorry to bring up a slightly sore subject but I am still trying to get my refund and good will tickets from the German Grand Prix, I have emailed BSI on three or four occassions and also just phoned but to date no response does anyone have a way of contacting these people?

No I have just chased see tickets and still no information on the "Goodwill Tickets" Have had three or four emails ignored by BSI so guess I have been totally riped off, I was going to take in four or five GP next year but think better off not supporting them in light. If anyone knows how I can get some of my 1500€ I spent getting to Germany back then I would be grateful, some people mentioned legal action is that possible?
