What ever the result tomorrow and i hope for the promotions sake and speedways future in that Town that they get a big crowd ,,,With the likes of Nicholls and Starke you are virtually assured great racing,,Good luck to all the riders and stay safe....

Well you can not see better racing anywhere i my opinion...Kings problem was ,,and has been all season is gating ,,but then again this is resulting in the exciting racing ,it kind of depends which is more important to you Winning the match or great passing in many races ,,which at the moment ,you can not it appears have it both ways,,Lets just hope eventually improvement will give us both........

The no2 is the transitional position from reserve up or down,, and riding with the teams no1 ,,it has traditional been known as hard for the lowest average rider in the top five....

An 8 and a 5 was the way to go, but as you say where would they find them ????

The proof of the pudding will be on tuesday night,,We beat Eastbourne recently with a good guest Kyle Howarth,,,so we should beat them again if Batchelor is the rider we hope he is ?

This match now looking like a brilliant nights racing and we can look forward for a change of a very good chance of winning ..It is however going to be hard for young Mudford, and Ben Morley will need to continue his battling form of last weak in the toughest position in the team at no 2...

The top end is considerably strengthened,,But the bottom end is considerably weakened..So on balance we are probably stronger, and something had to be done ,We will see how it works out on tuesday........expect a big crowd for this oneI.....

Totally agree some of us have been complaining on here for a long time about the PA SYSTEM IT IS TERRIBLE,,,,They have not used a center green presenter and would the sound be any better if they did,,??

Ok we were well beaten by a superior side,but the racing was top class,,kents main problem is their gating ,apart from Ben Morley,s two lightening starts where he battled with two of Pooles top guns ,,and a couple of good gates from Paul Starke who had an excellant night and deserved his Kent rider of the night award , the are not gating ,,even Scotty has to do all his work from behind ....there were flashes of what he can do from Cameron Heeps ,but with that injury he is not getting the points that are needed from a no 5,,,,,Paul Hurrys improvement of last week was not there tonight,,So the team still have big problems to overcome and i am not sure it is going to be possible...Pooles rider of the night was Danjon Hume who took a couple of races to get going and then realed of 10 points from his last four outings..The track at kent is the best it has ever been and this is reflected in the racing which is the best it has ever been...

Can not see Heeps getting the sort of points a good guest would have got,,so a Kent win is very unlikely ..Having said that i hope he will prove me wrong .If not i think we should be looking to sign a new heat leader,,,You can not be successfull in this league without three heat leaders....

Does anyone know who is riding at no 5 for Kent,,????? i hope it is a top class guest

No mention yet of a guest for Heeps ,,,i hope he is not going to try again yet..seperated shoulders take long time to heal sometimes they remain a perminate weakness ..

Poole look favourites on paper,,but the kings have young Dan Gilks in outstanding form,,,and Paul Hurry,s form picking up after a poor start to the season,,With Scott Nicholls leading from the front and good back up from Paul Starke and Ben Morley,.. And hopefully we will have another top class guest at no 5 ?? . The Pirates will need to be fireing on all cylinders ..What ever the result ,i am confident there will be some exciting racing,,as has been the case in recent meetings ....

Ok so this is pretty much a dead rubber as far as the overall result is concerned ..But if the racing is as good as last week ,it is definately worth a visit,,,Admission 0n the gate ,no more need for pre match booking,,,,,,Scott Nicholls,and Paul Starke are real racers and are flying at the moment,, And with some detirmined efforts from Ben Morley and Dan Gilks and hoping for a better return from Paul Hurry ,we could even get a result on the night......I believe Kyle Howorth guests for the resting Cameron Heeps....I am anticipating some great racing ,and i recon the stadium will be packed for the first time this season,,,,,,

East end fan i would like to know where you were in the stand as where i was sitting could hardly clearly hear any of it,, way to much base needs more top end on the system fans near me thought the same,,,,,,,,,,,on another point congratulations on Len Silver being inducted in to the speedway hall of fame,,personally i think he deserves a knighthood for services to Speedway....

I thought it was a meeting with many exciting races and showed with a good heat leader guest Kyle Howorth,,,,we can get a result at home..with Hurry chipping in with some usefull points..getting fitter obviously ,making a difference...and the rest of the team battling hard for their points......But the star of the show was young Dan Gilks who on tonights gutsy performance, is emerging as a top prospect for the future you could see the determination,,coupled with great style...obviously he is still learning and every night will not be as great but Kent are lucky to have him...Must agree with Old Bob on one point the sound system is terrible .they need a sound engineer to come and set it up right so the fans can understand what is being said,,...Amazingly the weather held up,,the gods must have been shining for a change......

Give it a go Old Bob..if good racing is more important than the result ,i think you will enjoy it,,,,there is no more entertaining rider than Scotty at the moment

A Redcar side with recent lost riders through injury,, face a Kent side with only one true heat leader at the moment Scott Nicholls ,,with Cameron Heeps trying to regain form after a recent shoulder injury,,and Paul Starke fighting for points and riding well consistantly,,but winning too few races ..More importently Paul Hurry needing to get some points for a change tommorrow,,,,,Or we may have to rely on reserves Ben Morley ,,,Dan Gilks and no 8 young Mudford who could get some rider replacement rides,, to chip in with good points to win this one ..Hopefully the weather holds up,,and win or lose we get some good racing

Exciting breathtaking passes from Nichols and Starke winning races and was on fire tonight,,Morley chipped in with a solid 7+1 ...But to no avail as Redcar were faster from the gate most of the night and deserved their victory..Heeps is obviously not fit enough to perform at his best ,,shoulder injuries are hard to recover from,,,,Hurry as per usual,,,,,Gilks was always trying hard for his return...Lets hope something is in the pipeline for the changes that are needed,,,Never the less an excellant nights racing was seen who ever you supported........

What ever happens something must be done just to make KENT a proper team ,We can not continue to turn up with only half a team,,We are not expecting a lot this season just a side that is capable off putting up a fight............

While it is understandable that riders do not wish to risk injury on a very wet track ,,It is also understandable that late call offs annoy the fans as it costs them time and money,,,,,Speedway continues to shoot itself in the foot ,,,and that particular meeting should have been called off early morning ,,Which to be fair is what Len normally does...
