Elite League Pairs
Panthers99 replied to I HATE THE RAIN's topic in Speedway Testimonials & Individual and Shared Events
It can be.... tough call with Troy, as I said... and a joke of a decision not to be re-run....as i said. Certainly would of been good for a final place, but no one would of stopped Poole today, unless Nicki forced someone wide. -

Joke of a decision there.... Rory did touch Troy, but Batch did go to quick, tough call. But why wasnt it re-run, Bjerre packed in 3 times, so what if one of the Aces packed up, what a joke -

Week off from work, so might make the venture down for the meeting depending on who else fills the line up. Should be a belter. -
Glad Mildenhall are back next season, will be my temporary speedway fix for the season, till the mess in the Elite League will be sorted.

Coventry 99 % Certain To Be In Elite Next Season Acording To Sandu
Panthers99 replied to covlad459's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Just about to say that. Sure Belle Vue are one of the first and major clubs, but they have been no where in recent years, eating of the scraps of other clubs, so ladyluck, saying were nothing clubs is ridiculous. Would love to see Bomber around the EOES as number 1, but cant see it happening at all -

Peterborough Panthers - Nl Or Closure?
Panthers99 replied to NeilWatson's topic in National League Speedway
Unsure what I want TBH.... I dont want to see my club go from Elite League to National League, as the thought of having riders like Harris, Nicki Pedersen, Hans and Lindgren scraping the fence, and now novices crawling along the white line, or struggling with grip. Also, surely its not finacially viable for the club to run National, the rent is way to much, and for only get 200 hundred fans turn up, thats at the most aswell, the atmosphere will be shocking, almost empty.... thats gonna be awful. I want the club to run.... but not like this -
Ill swap positions though.... atleast you are guaranteed to have a team running.... we're still in limbo over absolutely everything

Kenneth Bjerre 9.47 Travis Mcgowan 5.86 Olly Allen 4.78 Danny King 6.78 Davey Watt 7.59 Tomas Topinka 3.82 Lasse Bjerre 4.00 42.30 Would be very good at home, and decently solid away from home.

To be held at Peterborough, should be a corker, if.... people arent injured, or can be bothered, havent gone home already, busy with other things, the normal excuses. Kenny Bjerre must start as red hot favourite. Roll on that Saturday -
Nominations 2011
Panthers99 replied to ladyluck's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Oh my days.... the rider has been beyond shocking all season even at the begining of the season, his form was very shoddy to the say the least. If the riders injured.... then stop riding, simple enough as realistically he has cost, Belle Vue, Dackarna and Torun major honours this season, due to his poor peformances, regardless whether he is injured or not. Some may call him brave for riding, well look at the low scores he has scored for the teams, when they could of got a guest in, or even r/r which more likely would of scored more. I fully respect Hans as a rider, but this season, he has been well and truly stupid. Wildcards were dead certs this season, and for once, even this lot couldnt cock it up. Kolodziej has been the form guy this season, AJ on his day is one of the best racers, and that last round really swung it for him, Emil was always in, no matter what, and Nicki P, is Nicki P, he gives 110% and has won the world title how many times.... how many times has your golden boy won it??? Oh thats right, none, and in fact, come no way near winning it. I'm sure Nicki will live without you wishing him luck, atleast he will be in the GP's where he deserves another chance, unlike another dane we know. -

Talking about the success of this years Super Sevens, and what will happen next year, saying that people slating Adams is not on, as has been the best servant to British Speedway, sticking up for Nicholls, and saying that fans on this forum, saying that Harris wasnt riding, was very wrong. Good interview, and seems the right man for the job. -

Bjerre bottled it, he had a decision to make, take gate 4, and prove that this is your track, and make the start, or the easier gate, gate 2, but always a chance of messing it up, which he did. Bjerre lost out to Holder in the semi final. Twice that happened to Holder, as earlier on, he beat Nicholls aswell but the ref got that wrong aswell IMO. Bjerre didnt deserve to get into the final, it should of been Holder. -

Semi Final... Bjerre completely and utterly bottled it, he should of picked gate 4, as would of had a choice of dirt line or cut back, but bottled it, and wanted to stay on the inside. Good meeting, Lindgren was superb, glad Harris didnt win, cant stand his fans, especially booing Freddy at the end, idiots. Nice seeing, Bob, Bren and Dave again, one more meeting for me, and thats it for another year. -

I would think: 2 top scorers through to the final, then a semi final. -

I reckon a outcome of: Chris Harris Kenneth Bjerre Freddy Lindgren Kryzstof Kasprzak Bombers title to lose IMO, Bjerre wont turn up in the big heats. Bjarne is my dark horse aswell.
