Rasser is flying at the moment
-
Someone at Glasgow said it was getting drawn live on social media next Tuesday

Lol , yeah the risk of injury is higher but it makes them sharper. James is expecting a delivery of a new engine from Jason Doyle this week, so hopefully that will work for him as he has been down on power after blowing his best engine at Berwick.

Glasgow v Sheffield KOC 28/5/19@19-30
Weeyin replied to Paulco's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Disapponted that Cookie has dropped a point at home, had to happen sometime, I suppose. Really pleased that Rasmus got his first maximum and Kyle is really getting to grips with the Ashfield track. Starke back to form is very welcome. Sheffield are not a bad side, just a bit inconsistent.Drew Kemp got 9 points last time he was at Ashfield , it will take time for him to get some consistency. When all the Glasgow boys fire at the sametime, some team is going to get a beating. Despite the scoreline , there was some cracking racing, heat 14 in particular, you could have thrown a blanket over all 4 riders for full 4 laps. -

Well done Rasmus Jensen same again at Glasgow tomorrow please -
Welcome to Glasgow Connor, hope he is given time to adjust to UK tracks, will become a Glasgow asset, he has a good pedigree considering he is only 16

Cookie is absolutely flying at the moment and is a steal on a 7 point average
-
I sincerely hope Cookie has a premiership place, he is flying and needs to be riding more, but I feel for the Peterborough fans as they have been shafted big time, before season started I thought they had named a cracking team and it was dismantled. Having 1 guy own 3 teams is crazy.

Eastbourne v Glasgow (League) 18/5/19
Weeyin replied to eaglesno1's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Speedy recovery to Tom, a big loss for the Eagles , well done to Tigers, a hard fought win, special mention to Paul Starke who has been struggling this season and Connor Coles who should get a chance at no 6 for us -

Maybe Connor is being looked at to claim our no 6 spot, was impressed with him at last night's meeting -

Tough one for the Diamonds , Leicester seem to be the team bang on form, good luck to the diamonds though, go and tame those Lions -

Love Craig's new name , Mr Maximum, if anyone can take it off him on Friday it could be our former no 1 Richard or possibly Edward Kennett but I think Craig will be able to hunt them down if he misses the gate. Will miss seeing our great danes as they have been superb at Ashfield but 2 good guests in their place. Should be a win for the Tiggers though. -
Peterborough Vs Ipswich 13th May

And Craig Cook is flying, Panthers had a great team named before the season started, I think they have been made a scapegoat, which is a shame for Panthers supporters. A couple of us Glasgow fans were planning to come and see Cookie ride for you during the season. -
PSC • Swindon Robins v King’s Lynn Stars • 9/5
Weeyin replied to ZagarRacing's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Think the statement from CFS stinks , they are obviously happy that it has been called off, if the forecast had not been bad would Craig still have ridden as announced on tv by Nigel Pearson. Even though Craig is only riding championship, I can assure you that he is flying and would have done a good job for the robins. Shame that a major sponsor has to hold a team to ransom because of a fall out with 1 rider. -

Was nice to meet you too THJ , I take back my slagging you off on the Worky page last season, you're not a bad bloke really -
Chris Harris let us down numerous times last year, he only ups his game for Poole , championship for him is to try things out , has more mechanical breakdowns in championship than premiership

Craig cook testimonial
Weeyin replied to Neila's topic in Speedway Testimonials & Individual and Shared Events
Glasgow do use card , but it is not Glasgow that is dealing with admission monies it is Craig's team, hence cash only, If you go to Berwick you cant use card at all. -
Difficult one to predict , the Bandits have a few meetings under their belt already and have done well so far, and they usually do well at Ashfield, especially having former Tigers captain Aaron Summers and Coty Garcia. Tigers on the otherhand will be race rusty, Only a couple of the riders have been in competitive meetings, Paul Starke and Kyle Bickley. The tiggers will need to be sharp out the gate to combat the bandits and the top 5 will have to bring their A game to keep the pressure off the reserves and give them a chance to settle in. Looking forward to the home and away fixture this weekend, should be a real test . I will go for home wins at Glasgow and Berwick but reckon it will be close.

berwick v glasgow sat 13th april
Weeyin replied to bjcol's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Well done Bandits, we went missing Cookie apart, James unlucky and Kyle did ok. Gappy superb around Berwick and deserved man of the match -
Yeah that was unfortunate for poor Jye, I wish him a speedy recovery, the bandits are my second team and performed better than the scoreline suggests, will be tougher for Glasgow at Berwick, but a large contingent of Tigers fans will be down to help swell the bandits coffers

Weeyin replied to bjcol's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Hope it is as thrilling tonight as it was last night but as Paulco says the Tigers will need their gating boots on as they were not as sharp out as the bandits. Glasgow has been pretty much gate and go the last few years but the track last night had passing lines galore. Speedway as it should be. Hope Jye is okay as that was a nasty fall.
