Kent either know their team and the limit has been reduced or know there is no team which would be a huge shock. Its more likely the former as Gilkes, Mulford, Ledwith are all unlikely to be left out.

Alex`s text says cannot fit in the team....sure there will be a Royal team.

Is that an official statement, or just your opinion ?

Sure the Rob situation was written by Club somewhere.

If the NL gets go ahead....Kent must race in it otherwise there will hardly be any Clubs in it...and where would that leave Mildenhall ans IOW?

Have not heard a word about any National League action at Kent this season. Has the plan to run two teams been abandoned ?

Pleased to see some action might be taking place to bring back my 1st love, the Hammers, as reported in Speedway Star.

Does anyone on this forum know anything positive about it ?

I am sure the Royals will race if given go ahead.

Sure I read that Rob can do the NL but not the Championship?

Expect Daniel will spearhead team...also with Mulford and Spooner?

Being a neutral, i don't care about the rules. I just want to see some decent racing on a well prepared track. I want a well run meeting that represents good value for money. Is that too much to ask, or are my expectations too high!

I want to see well prepared track, close racing with evenly balanced teams, very few delays (difficult I know),and Kent to win all meetings with last Heat deciders. lol.

Morley is a good signing and certainly knows his way around Kent. Hurry will have his work cut out to reach race fitness but if he does the the point will come, just hope he doesnt get knocked around too much in a tougher league.

Agree really like Ben....great bloke and rides Central well.

I must say I am not keen on riders who comeback after a bad injury....just hope it goes well for Paul.

Think you will find you whinging Makem clown I was sponsoring the same bloke and have posted as such on the Newcastle 2020 thread before you stuck this slight on here you "schlepper"... what a tool... better start believing smeghead because 90% of "what I give"; you can take to the bank numbnuts... that is for sure...

Yes and it is entirely feasible that the new guy has a lesser average than the bloke he is replacing is it not?

    THJ

And maybe the same average! Its all guesswork.

Think you will find that there will be a reduction in the build limit for 2021...

Ergo the teams will not be the same... Unless your team was two three or four points under the original build limit of 41...

As an educated guess the new build limit could be anything from as low as 34/35 to 38/39 depending on rider availability...

Only thing is Len says Chris Hunt has somebody lined up/in mind?

Depends what the points limit is surely?

Lots seem to think it's going to be slashed, some significantly.

Len'll have lots of NDL riders to use who know the track very well and who'll be known to him.

Just be a case of whatever he has to play with if points limit is a less than now.

Unlikely to be like for like average wise therefore.

If same teams as this year for 2021....wont the limit be the same?

Very interesting point.  My impression is that at Kent, most fans live fairly local. I am one of those furthest away, a half hour drive.

Do Somerset and others charge for car park ? It is free at Central Park and very large.  I have always been sure that the attendances

are affected by the 8.30 curfew and I'd love to see it lifted even though it happens to suit me personally as I am back home just

after 9 even on a bad day.

My drive is about 40-45 minutes.I would of thought there was many a lot further?

I don't reserve my criticism for Kent as unlike you i have an unbiased view of things. The stadium could be one of the jewels of british speedway however everywhere is a little tatty looking and the toilets in the main stand area are functional but grim (and reports regarding the ladies are worse). I do understand that there isn't a bottomless pot of funds to improve every single detail but with a bigger selection of visitors due to visit Central Park over the coming seasons a little spruce up certainly wouldn't hurt.

I think you are correct about the toilets and being tatty.

I get there early and have often walked around all the stadium, and my thoughts every time is....this could be fantastic with a spruce up!

I think we all hope we are wrong regarding Crump, however I just feel he has been out of the sport way too long. Perhaps the theory is if the other 6 riders give an extra 5 per cent then it may cover for any deficiencies that Crump may have such as fitness and State of mind having been out for so long. And IF this goes wrong then who do we turn to then?

Ledwith was out of sport for 25 years!.... and he’s not done too bad,and he’s no Crump!
