I am not sure where the 2am business comes from, from what I can gather this noise is caused by individuals not directly connected with the Stadium who seem to be carrying out reprisals against the people who complained.
-
It seems Judges are so divorced from reality that they live in a world all of their own. It defies belief that a Judge can rule in favour of someone who buys a house adjacent to a Stadium that has been in existence for 40 years and then complains about the noise. It may exlplain the standard of person when in a previous post their solicitors claimed it need not have got so far as they had offered that it would all go away if the Stadium owners bought their house and paid a six figure sum in compensation In the last few days judges have overturned someones will in favour of a daughter that has been estranged since the 1970's and let a fellow judge off a debt which it is claimed is unaffordable despite the fact the person concerned earns in excess of £90000.

Get Real, At the end of the day money will be the deciding factor . As we have seen at other venues over the years even those who profess to be Speedway supporters will capitulate if enough money is waved in their faces.

Peterborough management were as annoyed as anyone else that Lambert found it impossible to get back in time for the Ipswich meeting whilst others did. -

For many it is not that he was within his rights to miss the meeting but rather whether it was right for him to do so. -

I am not aware of any Robert haters. Many however are concerned regarding him missing the Ipswich meeting and it may well be that in the fullness of time Robert himself may also come to see it as an error of judgement. I sure many would be only too pleased hear of the full facts. -

I really do not see that because Robert Lambert found it convenient to ride at Newcastle that he has answered his critics!!!. He was no doubt within his rights to miss Friday but so were King and Manzares but they made the effort -

I always laugh at those who embrace the rules. Facts are that there are no rules. -

Whatever way you look at it Lambert has let Panthers down big time,I doubt many Panthers fans will regard him in the same light ever again.. His only excuse for not turning up yeaterday was that the rules meant he did not have to. -

Hugely disappointed with Lambert, difficult not to concur with those that are of the view that he if was just not bothered. Bite the hand that feeds you comes to mind. -

Arguably a nightmare start of season for Panthers with two of the team now out with seemingly long term injuries. It would also seem that Friday nights are not the panacea predicted by many.. -
I have just come across a quote which Darcy should take on board " stop blaming others 95% of your pain is caused by your own stupidity"
-
I have to own up to being duped!! Had phone call from "Head Office" about 12am saying Ward had got off. Took it as gospel but now see that she and I were victims of a wind up.
-
I apologise profusely clearly on reflection Poole and Darcy are the entirely innocent victims of the anti Poole brigade.
-
Once again Poole and Darcy get away with it and claim that they are the victims.

I suspect the take up for season tickets has been disappointingly low , and probably no more than about 60 have been sold -

I have purchased two season tickets but based on 18 meetings they are not value for money. It is better value for money for a couple for one to to buy a season ticket and one to pay at the gate. -

You are another rotten apple as is anybody who does not see that Ged and Trevor are paragons of virtue and above criticism. -
Ward is a great rider, a star and any other superlatives you can think of. However he also needs to grow up and get a reality check and realise he is the author of his own misfortune.

The grim reality is that Panthers are now second tier and most of those who are non committed will choose to go to KL, Leicester or even Coventry when there is a clash. And before the one who has described me as a rotten apple responds, I have bought my season tickets ( at least sent the money) albeit I do not see them as value for money. -
My father was very peripherally involved with Wembley Speedway and Ice Hockey mainly due to his friendship with Tot & Bill Williams who lived in Scarle Road Wembley. I know Sonny Rost was their lodger and their son was mechanic to Wally Kilminster. A long lost photograph we had shows my father in full leathers etc astride Wallys bike. I know that he went to many Wembley events using a Speedway Riders pass. He took me to many world finals but I cant remember either of Jack Youngs or Freddie Williams victories. The first I can recall and not sure in what order were Peter Craven and Ronnie Moore
