...perhap's "Logan's Run" had some disturbing messaging? If I recall once you reached the age of forty (?) you were "eliminated" (can't remember the exact phrase used?)

It is a human right for the government to for the greater benefit of the rest to do away with oaps.  Financial benefits would be enormous.

I think the promoters are "wising up" to this fact, and now are basing their income projections on the concessionary admission levels. From that point of view, if the OAP discounted admission charge is "the new normal" then perhaps the question can be turned on its head...and you can ask "why should people of working age be penalised with excessive admission charges to be able to go to watch the speedway?"  Can't wait to hear from the "Speedway's a £10 sport" brigade.

Perhaps all us oaps should be killed off  to paraphrase  as Scrooge  said avoid all the controversy we cause

Maybe the new management can't say anything as yet if the legal stuff isn't completed. They can't formally issue a statement on ownership issues if that deal is not completed yet, nor issue an apology.

There's not much coming out of KL either on these matters so maybe busters still holding all the cards

Some time ago we were told there would be statement and the day it would be on , nothing happened. At the very least  we could have been told  the statement of necessity had to be delayed. No very difficult  I would have thought  and no names needed to  be mentioned , just a message on Panthers Web Site

Not saying your wrong at all Flappy, just hearing much different...AGAIN. Patience is key i suppose, but every Ipswich team that gets posted with all 3 of King, Batchelor and Riss in the Engine room, i have to wipe away my tears...

Patience is the only option available!!! Not a good start from new management. They could have and ought to have  said something even if just a reason or apology for delay. Courtesy costs nothing

Can't score points if you're sitting on the sidelines. If they want to take the risk with an injury prone rider in the latter stages of his career then so be it. Is it better to have Iversen and a plan b or someone who's a little less crash prone & seemingly brittle?

Iversen definitely  injury prone and at the end of career. His best days were at KL   no more than average  in his efforts at Peterborough  I  recall.
