Yes it is in the Rule Book on the SCB Website Rule 013.6 NDL Facilities (Supplementary Regulations v2 2021) ii. A missing rider, 2 to 5 by MA, either RR or an unattached rider. ------------------------ And if you look, there was RR used in the Premiership and Championship last week in 4 other Teams first meetings of the season too

RR facilities are granted by the rule makers themselves … being the SCB…. so it obviously is within the rules…. otherwise it would not have been granted

A portion have unfortunately been affected negatively, but statistically the vast majority of the population have MORE money as they have spent far less in the last 3 months, record additions to Savings account in the last 3 months

But others last year, with similar NL averages who started last season with 3 point Championship averages at reserve, moved into the Top 5 and flourished, like Ellis Perks did....

Word is there’ll be MORE NDL teams in 2021 not less, as it goes more back to its development league roots

Interesting that the pre-app consultation states the Armadale Stadium owner will keep Speedway going as long as it remains financially viable it states “However it is not the intention of the Stadium owner to stop the speedway from taking place. The whole reason for this application is to avoid a re-designation of the site in the emerging Local Development Plan to an inappropriate Open Space Designation. The owner feels that Planning permission in Principle for Residential development would actually protect his investment in the Stadium for a longer period of time and give piece of mind that if the Stadium were to close another use could be found for the site.”

I think most Leicester fans will/would ‘put up with’ and actually love a season of easy home wins with good racing like last night, after 8 years of near bottom of the league stuff :-)

Did any of those of you commenting on the racing actually go? And if you did were you watching?? Obviously not I’d say by your comments on the racing, there was plenty of passing....

We always raced on GP nights when in the Championship previously and the fans showed up in numbers..... people just record it I guess and it keeps it regular Saturday racing

That’s why they are mostly on those SGP dates, to keep it on a Saturday and as Scott Nichollls most likely working on the SGP TV shows, so no Lions matches

Last 4 will probably be bottom to top scorers races as that's how the last 4 would have been in the rained off final, in the programme

Just looked at the link you said Speedi and it says 2.5 millimetres of rain Sunday which is 0.09 inches, which is even less than the 0.11 inches of rain I said. HaHaHaHa, for the first time ever, Speedibee is more positive about something than I am, LMFAO.

0.11 inches of rain forecastAt least 20 minutes sunshine in every daylight hour. Showers from 2pm but not more than 0.02 inches in any hour. IF that forecast (from a historically very accurate source) is right it will NOT stop speedway at Leicester. Meetings have gone ahead in the last month at Leicester when there has been more than 4 times as much rain as that. :-) Be positive, if that's possible on a Leicester related post :-)

If it's on averages , is that the averages in total of just the top 4 in each team? I ask, as if just top 4 Leicester should be in, (Sweetman, Darkin, Hall plus 1, probably Bondarenko) but maybe not if all 7, which may hit crowd size.

How long would you allow to see everything?
