  1. Christ I am the last one to knock anyone's spelling and it certainly wasn't meant that way, It is called sarcasm my doctor said to me a year or two back not to take things so seriously and relax a bit more you will live longer sound advice.
  2. Improved performance it appears avoiding another heavy defeat tonight spares us we need to bounce back rallying call. Infact a heavy defeat tonight a kangaroo on a pogo stick would have found it difficult to bounce back never mind us so improvement at least.
  3. It will all come out in the wash eventually probably once our participation in this seasons competitions comes to an end. End off season dinner dance tickets are going to be in high demand though Sky Box office may even show it.
  4. Not for a public forum and not trying to be we know this attitude, etc, etc but things not all well between our heatleader duo both names Richard.
  5. Spot on but it is too late for that now so they better sort it out and quickly.
  6. That is the understatement of the year they probably did nip it in the bud and they probably thought it was resolved but it has had a negative effect on the team no doubt about that , is it any co-incidence that results have went downhill since then. But it is clear for all to see that it is still simmering. Must have been replying at the same time as Paulco but the answer is the same so it clearly shows what we all see and if we can see it you can bet the management can.
  7. And that will be why one if not both wont be back at Glasgow next year it has affected the team no question about that.
  8. Who's he is this a new signing we have made without our knowledge.
  9. Realistic rather than depressed the team might have downed tools but we are clinging on to the slim chance that they recover from this slump. Team morale seems to be non existent the past month I wonder why.
  10. Based on our last visit when P'boro got 55 Nike injured and us being mince now 60 is a probability.
  11. Probably about right based on the form we are in , or should be lack of form.
  12. Newport made some shrewd changes and would probably have won it if there was a play off that season.
  13. Couldn't agree more this is how it should be but in most previous seasons the best teams in recent times Edinburgh , Somerset , and this year Sheffield have and should win the league. Ironically the last team to win it without a play off was Glasgow 2011. Wasn't really sure what to expect from Jack but one thing is he will have benefitted greatly from this season at both levels, Dan I reckoned would increase to around 6 - 6.5 so is thereabouts these are young riders and thus you have inconsistent meetings, but watching them progress gives you the most enjoyment. Nike is box office and these type of riders come at a risk as there never say die attitude often means more risk, first name on the team sheet for me next season depending on structure. We are still in there on both fronts but there will need to be a big upturn on our heat leaders form to stand any chance.

    Glasgow 2017

Yep frustrating to watch as the team crumble in front of us but it could still change again very quickly.
  15. Can only see the Panthers winning this with plenty to spare. Frustrating cant describe the feeling with this team just now how we can go from winning home & away and being so consistent to being as poor as we are right now with no sign of it improving any time soon. Rob Mason Campton guests for Dan today who pulled out of the FIM meeting last night aggravating his groin injury and it is R/R for the injured Nike Lunna.
  16. The scheme we have been operating is only for new fans attending, E-Mails & phone numbers are provided and these tickets are only permitted to be used once, so taking this into account I would say only a small percentage are new fans any given week but most seem to enjoy the product on offer.. Crowds have been healthy at Glasgow all season and I notice a lot from the Shawfield days that had been lost so all the hard work our promotion have put in is paying dividends and I believe it is no longer hype but people seeing for themselves how things have changed for the better. It is not a good scenario at Workington if as you say that is the crowd levels and we cant afford to lose any club I really do hope things improve down in Cumbria.
  17. Notice Stewart left scratching his head after tonight. Think we all know the problem our big riders go missing when it matters most surely he can see that without the head scratching.
  18. On the positive side that was a very large crowd tonight and it has been for most of the season. Just a pity the team has hit a poor run of form when it matters ,but you just have to accept that you were beaten by the better team on the night.
  19. Well done to Sheffield Josh & Kyle were superb all night dread to think what the score would have been if there full team turned up. We were garbage even when we built the early lead up you got the feeling that this could go Pete Tong and boy that happened big time. Play offs we are just cannon fodder for Sheffield and Ipswich with Sheffield to win it for me they are just a superb team.
  20. Kerr in for Bates no word on guest for Bjerre rider replacement for Kurtz.
  21. The sport if you can call it that has hit an all time low in this country under Chapmans watch. Reading through the various threads it really makes for depressing reading, how the sport recovers from this shambolic season is anyone's guess, but with fans voting with there feet across the country it wont be easy.
  22. We also have 2 missing nothing you can do about injuries but 5 missing riders from both teams is almost half the field not ideal.
  23. Sometimes i think it would be better all round if it was just put out of its misery as it stumbles from one balls up to the next. Then when i look at tonight's fixture at Glasgow in front of a packed house , under the floodlights with two top teams it doesn't feel too bad until the next balls up that is.
