Whilst watching MTV Rocks today imagine my surprise when this video showed on the screen, whilst not being the biggest fan of You Me At SIx this can't be bad publicity as they are very big around the world (just finished an arena tour). Anyone know anymore about this? Link... http://youtu.be/4tYucGxToC4 That link isn't working on my phone, so I'll post this up. http://www.sugarscape.com/main-topics/music/995454/you-me-six-premiere-fresh-start-fever-music-video-watch

Home Made Speddway Model. Where To Buy
deanozoff replied to cuorelibero's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
I buy mine direct from Poland although I'm not sure if he sells them paint free. The shop is excellent to deal with and he speaks perfect English too which makes corespondence easy, I find them very cheap too. Have a look at his website... http://www.sklep-kibica.com/miniaturki.php -
I think that your 'facts' about non league football are way off the mark. Last season I went to a few non league matches and paid £17 at Alfreton Town, £15 at Mansfield and £16 at Grimsby. The average crowds are similar but the £8-12 entrance fee is dated by about 5 or 6 years.

British GP 2013
deanozoff replied to PHILIPRISING's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Family of 4 ticket £117, 2 nights in the premier inn in Barry £120, spent close to £300 on food and drink and stuff and I'll do it all again next year. Yes the track was poor, very slick, but do you honestly turn up to a one off track expecting world class racing? If you do you are deluded, it just doesn't happen. I've been 9 times now and, Bomber winning apart, I've always left pretty underwhelmed racing wise. The track has always cut up by the end of the meeting (Remember the Bomber final but no one complained as they had a British winner), the track has always been slick. Yes this year was bad but nothing I didn't expect. It's the whole package that we go for, the Saturday is brilliant, meeting the riders, live music and loads of other stuff. I don't think £30 per ticket for great seats is a lot in the whole scheme of things. -

Just about to set off, should be a great meeting as the weather is behaving for once. Cook or Doyle for me. Cook looked very good a couple of months ago at Sheffield whereas this track is perfect for Doyle's fast engines. -
Do Infants Under 3 Need A Ticket At Cardiff ?
deanozoff replied to speedway2011's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
We took our 15 month old last year and he slept through the whole meeting nearly, the rest of it he was good as gold, never cried or moaned once. We bought tickets for the non airhorn zone and got them on the 3rd tier so if he did kick off then at least we could move seats so as not spoil someone elses enjoyment. We purchased some of these ear protectors http://www.sportsman...+(GMK93412%2B)/ which he never took off once, they were superb. It's just common sense really. We won't be there this year as my wife is due to give birth any day now but we will be there next year without doubt! -
Cardiff Sound System

It was too loud!!! Up on the 3rd-4th bend we couldn't speak to each other between heats it was that bad. And my ears still haven't recovered from that bloody awful Killing Queen "tribute" act. How bad were they??? -
Alcohol At Cardiff
deanozoff replied to loyal royal's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
We went last night with our 11 month old son and didn't experience any problems even though we had some slightly drunken British fans behind us, they were great at keeping our son amused to be fair! I know a family a few seats on from us had problems with them though about beer been spilt over them from behind. Why don't Cardiff take a leaf out of football books where you can only drink behind the stands, no drinking in the seated area. You could even make it that you can only return to your seat after every block of 4 heats that way you either miss 4 heats or do without? Also was it just me or did more fans seem drunk this year than last year even though we had the earlier start time? -

Havvy is the only man for the job. Speaks his mind, loads of pride, great motivator and would not put up with the rubbishe that has been going on tonight. -

Whats annoying me is that the GB team seem to be laughing and joking, even the manager is smiling. They should be ashamed. I hope we dont qualify for Thursday, can you imagine how bad we would be there? Russia would leave us for dead. -

Norris and Havvy to be fair. Both great motivators and both wore their hearts their sleeves.
