    Sky 2014

I will not lose any sleep without a new Sky deal. Their involvement in the sport has done nothing to enhance the domestic leagues, their choice of meetings is abysmal, and it would appear all the money has been used to line the pockets of the top riders instead of investing in new young talent. Hardly a raging success...
  2. That's a very good question Matt, I don't know anyone who has subscribed to them yet. Sport channel subscriptions seem to be low priority with folk these days, and I cant see that changing...

    Wolverhampton 2014

Freddie has been a great servant to Wolves and British speedway, I cant believe anyone would not wish him well in 2014 as he strives to make a mark on the World scene..

    Ipswich 2014

I cant access the official site. What's that all about, anyone know ?
  7. Not competing at all Starman. I have sponsored two top English rider in the past through a business, so I am aware of guidelines. I personally never had any problems from HMRC, only help and assistance..
  8. That's just common sense though, as advertising must be reasonable and affordable. Your Cardiff sponsorship was obviously an example of this, and I applaud your involvement in the sport..
  9. That's dependant on the business turnover, and a very grey area. The tax man has no say in a companies advertising budget unless it is proven to be fraudulent...
  10. Still think something should be done to keep the season going for those that are not in the play offs. I go to watch good speedway, and don't really care if its a play off or some other meeting. Just don't want it to end early Sept..

    Robins 2014

Angling for a return to his parent club maybe, to form a potent spearhead with KJB..
  13. And this illustrates the downside of the playoffs. If you come 5th, your season ends on Sept 1st, and that's ridiculous...

    Ipswich 2014

It should be increased if anything, the league was stronger when he last rode. Ridiculous if its true...

    Elite League 2014

    Elite League 2014

Still not up for a debate then without making it tribal. Must be self loathing I would imagine...

    Elite League 2014

If the play offs are retained, why cant the teams finishing 5th-8th compete in the KOC to keep their season going as well...

    Ipswich 2014

Don't think Eastbourne would be too keen on a 40 match Elite which is being talked of, they could be dropping down. Hoping the Witches return to the top flight, the sooner the better imo...
  20. Silly season has started again I see...

    Elite League 2014

Mad !!!! That's a bit harsh don't you think, considering other sports find such an occasion a huge success...
