  1. At least it gives the anti poole contingent to come on to a poole fred and dish out the stick to the cheat .... whoops sorry ...... very succesful Matt Ford and the poole team...... I just cannot wait for the envious vitriol from the sickended also rans !!!!

Its potentially a great signing, no one can argue with that.. :t:

  2. I shouldn't be telling you this but I like to help the dim, with a due sense of dread in case your wit appears on it. We have a thriving PL thread already which along with this one only highlights our importance. I do hope that you get a bigger spade for Christmas, you waste so much time digging holes.

Santa tells me that a JCB is earmarked for Brums stocking this xmas..

  3. What on earth is a Boillie?

A boilie is a fishing bait that is generally high in protein and cooked to produce a firm round bait that does not break down in the water. They come in a range of sizes depending on the target species of fish one is after. They are also found in a range of colours and many varied flavours, and usually fished on a hair rig so it hangs beneath the hook..

  4. morris over north all day long

Obviously, however 10pts for 3 places may be restrictive. All depends what reserves are being lined up I would imagine. A top 3 of Fish, Lasse and Morris would take some stopping though, I would take that with some young improvers at 6 and 7...

  5. Nick Morris released by Somerset because of average of Brady Kurtz changing from 3 to 5.

Other clubs available to Nick are Scunthorpe and Peterborough. He is lucky this change was not done later when there could have been no spaces available.

Would leave Boro 10pts for last 3 places if Nick signs, however if Dakota North has been pencilled in, that cant happen. Hope Morris finds a place, he needs prem lge racing for his continued improvement imo..

  6. I certainly did not say that, read it again

    Edit: Here it is:-

The facts are clear. While Peterborough are not running a team the BSPA hold all the assets. At this point Peterborough have no say what so ever where riders go and how much loan fee's are paid as they're not seeing a penny.

There's an important word in the above you may have missed

Ok not seeing a penny may be wrong but the facts are the riders are negotiated with the BSPA & the BSPA set the loan fee. What and if the former or current promotion see of that no idea.

From our supporters meeting the Buster's comments were clear. Signing Iversen & Bjerre had nothing to do with Peterborough and loan fees to be paid to the BSPA.

Best stop digging that hole now, don't you think.. ;)

  7. dakota north thinks he is the next Chris holder when he isn't even the next Travis McGowan. Big headed and dangerous on the track. Reckoned he was to good for the premier league when at best he is a premier league second string as proved by his spells at Ipswich and Glasgow. Tungate far better option

Poole will be in the play offs I reckon. North would be a terrible signing

Your opinion, but not correct. One spat with headcase Barker does not make him a dangerous rider, lets face it, Barker brings the worst out of everyone..

  8. Great news that Peterborough will be in the PL in 2014 :approve: and even better for their supporters are their admission prices.

Adults £15 (£1 cheaper than Ipswich)

Concessions £10 (£3 cheaper than Ipswich)

    Children (12-16) £5 (£1 more than Ipswich)

Under-12s Free (£4 cheaper than Ipswich)

If only the Witches promotion would take note

For me personally its £15 cheaper at Boro for myself, my son and 2 grandsons. Charging under 12's is a massive short sighted mistake IMO. I have emailed Ipswich to question this policy, but as usual had no response so far..
