  1. And likewise TNT is pointing out rumours or possibilities!

There is every chance that KK could still get the right offer in the UK (with his undeserved testimonial still to take place) and Dyer could yet change his mind!!

All rumours and speculation at this stage!

Micky Dyer is really happy in his new job in Oz, and has no plans to return at the moment according to our F/Book chat..

  2. Oh there's a surprise you don't rate Swindon's team but guess all they have to do for you to change that view would be sign for Poole!!!.

Can you let me know the last 2 signings as it's a pretty daft thing to say without knowing who they are surely??

Surely Linus has to be worth a shout as he was quality in 2011.

I really hope he gets the chance, hopefully his poor form last season was just a blip..

  3. I find that a little random seeing as Berwick's official site has no mention of the Panthers promotion, in fact confirming terms were agreed with the BSPA.

It's from the BSPA website today, hardly random. Not sure what point you are trying to make here tbh, we all know the bspa are administrating the Boro assets at the moment..

  4. We named our 1 - 7 last night and Vissing wasn't one of them!

My mistake, he has joined Berwick..

Must of missed that bit seeing as he's gone to Berwick  also no mention of Peterborough's promotion in the press release

    BANDITS CONFIRM THE VISSING LINK

    on 14 December 2013.

Berwick Bandits are delighted to confirm their fourth signing for next season. He is 27-year old Claus Vissing, from Grinsted, Denmark. Claus has been anxious to link with Berwick for some time, but as his contract was to an extent in limbo after the closure of parent club Peterborough, it was only late on Friday that full permission was given for him to link with the Bandits (on loan from the BSPA) and his personal contracts were signed and registered. Claus spent 2013 with Edinburgh, and was impressive on visits to Shielfield, both with the Monarchs and in the season's opening Ben-Fund Bonanza, when he finished runner-up. He joins us with an average of 6.89, and will add experience and enthusiasm to our side.

  5. It was announced Thursday that the Peterborough assets are frozen and administrated by the BSPA. No finance is issued to the current and or potential owners in 2014

That may be true, but they will remain Boro assets if a new owner is established. Edinburgh have just thanked Frost and Mahoney for their assistance in signing Vissing..

  6. It is putting too much pressure on a 16 year old, he should do more time in the pl first, throwing him in the deep end like this may not be good for him in the long run.

Nonsense, Billy Sanders was just 16 when he first rode Div 1 for Ipswich. Talent will always shine through, especially in a watered down league..

  7. Im not disputing that, just pointed out most on this forum dismissed Tai chances and looked what happened. Harris is next in line as per the rules listed in Neil Watsons post.

I agree, Bomber is next in line. The point I'm trying to make is that U21 world champions like MJJ and Dudek should get wildcard picks ahead of the likes of AJ and Lindgren. I do hope that Harris takes his chance and does well..

  8. If you read the GP thread before the start of last season most of the posters had Tai to finish last and moaning that he only got in because he was British and didnt deserve to be in the line up. He obviously proved them wrong.

Tai however was a young improving rider, who was only going to get better. There are a number of riders that are young and improving, and Bomber is hardly one of them to be fair..

  9. How about awarding Double Points in Heat 15 or for your final match of the season award double match points (i.e. a big away win gets you 8 points instead of 4).

Just something totally unique I've thought of that's never been considered in a sport before.

That's not sport, its more like 'Its a Knockout'.. :D
