Agree has to be at least 4/5 Changes; James Shanes hates RH always has done so he is a no go. Would love to see Wells back. Dont think BMR have the ambition, crowds or backing to get Tai/Freddie unfortunately.

Positives: 1) A point away from home 2) KK, Nicholls & Harris all scored very well and carried the team Negatives: 1) Heat 11- WHY WAS A TAC SUB NOT USED????? That should have been Nicholls/KK in yellow all day. Anyone with basic speedway knowledge should have seen that! 2)Heat 13- A man of Chris Harris' experience should not fall on a 5-1 3) Kennett, Clegg & Doolan scoring 3 between them is pathetic Poole were there for the taking this evening and once again we let points slip away. 2 points dropped not 1 point gained...

We have no "big hitters". The highest average we have is 7.48. Our team isn't built with "Big Hitters" the idea of it is that 1-6 score solidly. Think if you read through the forums many RH fans massively doubted this team.. and still do so im not sure where your deluded fans comment is coming from?

Slightly unconvincing home win for the rockets but we'll take it. Rode our luck a couple of times with Nielsen packing up whilst leading heat 14 and Josh G having a poor night. Our problems are clear, a number 1 who's highest score for us this season is 7 along with a reserve who cant beat an opposition rider... I'm sure the Pirates will give us a good hiding Wednesday night.

Totally agree, anyone with any basic speedway knowledge and that is not totally deluded could see this team was beyond poor. Wooden spoon awaits unless team changes are made.. I mean before Monday against Somerset otherwise we are looking down the barrel of another defeat.

Our only saving grace could be the fact that i don't believe Vaculik & Pieszczek have ever ridden Rye. Thoughts?

Do clubs really lose money every season? Or I that just an attempt to try get more people through the door. If you run a business and you were losing ££££ every year why would you carry on?

Not rubbish at all... A 15 pt max on £40 a point would only give you £600 a meeting. Take running costs out of that you wont be left with much. Obviously no riders will get 15pt max's every meeting. So what teaboy is saying is correct..

Wouldn't complain if that was the case If the averages do stay the same for next season. I wouldn't change much. I would like to see an out and out number 1 (GP Quality) but not sure it would happen. KK, Nicholls & Harris must return Wells & Barker I'm not overly fussed about Robbo & Morley Replace. If the averages fit then id replace Morley with Perks, far better rider (especially away from home). Kennett- Poole can keep him. Lahti wouldn't be a bad shout if we can get hold of him.

Agree- It will be very close. Kennet will have a big point to prove, other 5 will all score points. Shanes always struggles at Rye tho.

Rockets should be able to take the 3 points here.. Need to stop Somerset from getting an away point if we have any chance of reaching the play-offs. 1. Harris 2.Wells 3.Nicholls 4.Barker 5.KK 6.Robbo 7.Morley (Is how I would line up).

The Play-Offs are not until the 2 October, i'm pretty sure an extension will be given...

Excellent result for the rockets against a strong side (Probably one of the most difficult fixtures we have left). It was a result that could have gone either way with both teams having a couple of underperforming riders. Eventually a little bit of luck and a former world number 2 at reserve for the rockets swayed it! On to next Wednesday & Friday with 2 crucial fixtures against Somerset.

You always make comments about the Rye House track but obviously don't go. Our track has been far better this season (Bar a couple of weeks).

It was a meeting that could have gone either way, unfortunately for us it went against us. Rockets made far too many mistakes when in point scoring positions. The exclusion on Harris in Heat 15 looked very harsh! Scott Nicholls was quality (Best performance so far this season) Robbo looked to be going backwards in his last 2 heats . Harris looked good in the 5-1 with Nicholls in heat 13. That's what I'm guessing the thought process was.
