I was there for the last match v Czestachowa and I caught the tram from exactly this spot. It is in front of a large shopping mall and the Mercure Centrum Hotel. Just to let you know these trams get very very busy and people really cram onto them. To be honest it's murder after 6.15 and just as bad on the way back. Tickets are very cheap and can be bought in the subway next to the tram stop. I doubt anyone will check them though as the trams are so crowded. I had no issue booking through the website though, but you have to create a free account. If you want a programme for the match you MUST buy it outside the stadium. They do not sell them inside as I found out to my cost. Food and drink inside the ground is very cheap. A pint of lager was 7 Zloty about £1.40. The atmosphere was brilliant. Enjoy.

I've Done Emil tonight 14/1 & Greg 17/2. If anybody is backing individual heats tonight, last year 18 of the 23 heats were won from Red or Yellow with Red taking 11 wins. Cook could be worth a go in Heat 1 and will be a price when they put them up.

Looking at the last 2 fixtures, I think Vetlanda could take 2nd if they get all 6 points and finish behind Dackarna. Looks to me that Lejonen will join Masarna and miss out on the play offs.

So would I. Appreciate it sounds daft leaving a guy out on a paid Max, but Tungate and Fricke gate better. Couldn't have left Fricke out after heat 11 though. I still say only 6 from Cook was the real difference in the end.

Swedish prices are up at 365, Betsafe and Unibet. Had to back Vetlanda -4 v Vastervik. Surely they'll beat that needing a 10 point win for the Bonus.

I was a bit skinny on Wolves and Belle Vue but not far off the others.

The markets were last up before Poole v Kings Lynns match last Wednesday. Been checking since but nothing from anyone. Can guarantee that Belle Vue will not be Favs as they were last week. My guess when they pop back up Poole 2/1 Kings Lynn 9/4 Somerset 11/4 Swindon 9/2 Wolverhampton 11/2 Belle Vue 8/1 Leicester 200/1 Would you play at these prices?

Terrific meeting last night. Close and tense even if the racing wasn't great up to heat 10 and then heats 11 to 15 were brilliant. You can argue who should have been in Ht15 for Belle Vue but they lost simply because their No.1 Craig Cook scored only 6 at home. That's the truth of the matter IMO.

From being there it reminded me a lot of the NSS Belle Vue track. I'm not sure that comes across on TV. The stadium and viewing is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to be at the Wroclaw match and it's a cracker. Heat 12 is one of the best races I can remember.

I've backed Poole for the Premiership at 4/1. Is it just me who thinks this is overpriced. TBH Poole look to have the deepest team now with easily the best reserves. Belle Vue are 9/4 and need away wins to make the play offs? Am I missing something? Too late if I am as I've got stuck in.

I know this is not fool proof but I expect these 2 listed riders to take their place. Bookmakers have Vetlanda priced up at 6/1 and that would be too good to be true if Madsen especially was riding.

Sounds like Miskowiak has been injured in heat 2 at Vetlanda after a clash with Kling.

Corals and Laddies have prices up for the Elitserien Outright. I have to say 7/1 for Vetlanda looks very big now after winning at Dackarna last night. A win tonight and they could go top. I'd have thought they should be about a 2/1 shot not 7/1.

If Vetlanda can get a scoring reserve, they now look the team to beat IMO.
