I would much rather, with all that effort being put in, it gets you another season ( Long shot i know), and a new site for 2025. i do think the OP has put the tread up a bit to early, hence why he posted just for fun, just afterwards.
I had a spare 15 min's, so quickly put a team together that would make the best use of the averages, if they remain the same. I would of used the same riders if the Panthers were running.. I apologise for my team post, if people think it inappropriate..

Well that’s 2 people saying the same thing now. Looks like I was a tad optimistic. Where’s me bloody meds..

Your in cloud cuckoo land if you think any different.
I may well be. It was just a guess.

2 minutes ago, Pitch said:I think that this would upset some Panthers fans and they wouldn't enjoy watching their Panthers favourites riding in Kings Lynn colours.
No doubt it would. And i would totally understand that. Lets hope all the fuss being kicked up, does give you another season. If not, then hope they will have to supply you with another site etc.

I agree. It could be a S*it or bust season. Whoever ends up promoting the side, must get this one right.

I think Buster is probably thinking a lot of Panthers fans will migrate down the A47 but I can’t see that happening.
The few on here are only a small fraction of the fans attending the Showground. If Lynn sign a few of the Panthers best riders, i can see a 2/300 out of the 1200/1400 or so making the trip over, if Lynn have a competitive team.

It took Klindt half a season to get going this season. I just think it’s a gamble after a big injury. Otherwise I’d have him in the team. We can’t afford to have yet another season at the bottom. The fans are tired of it being the same year after year.Crowds have been poor this season, and it will only get worse if things don’t change.

Thought Keith Chapman was retiring ?Buster has said we are coming to the tapes in 24. With who or in what form who knows..

1. Sam Masters
2. Emil Breum
3. Ben Basso (agreed in principle)
4. Nicolai Klindt
5. Vadim Tarasenko (agreed in principle)
6. Simon Lambert
7. Anders Rowe (if still applicable)
I know you listed a "realistc" side. But i'd go Wojdylo for Breum. Both came on a 5 . I wouldn't go near Breum myself.. One has averaged 1.88 and the other around 5.60 and beat JD twice. Klindt i would be worried about, he's not getting any younger, and is coming back from a nasty one. We need an out n out No.1 imho for Heats 13/15. What ever happens with the league situation, we must aim to win all our home meetings, and try to pick up a few Agg points, to have a chance of a play off place, and keep the fans happy..
Not so realistic one Way to early yet.
R Lambert
B. Basso
R. Douglas / C. Wright / Bomber/ NKI
V. Tarasenko
R. Lawson
P. Wojdylo
38.94 or 38.60 with CW, 38.92 Harris, 38.41 NKI
A. Rowe if allowed

Really, are you for real?

Chris Holder absolute pansy …. Beaten before turning a wheel rode like a novice at times … unless it’s smooth he isn’t interested….. watch how Doyle and Emil attacked it and King and even Musielek was trying
Also sums Holder up that he didn’t bother coming out to get his medal … Compared to Musielek who came off the podium and shook hands with numerous Ipswich fans and congratulated them ….. Musielek a class act … Chris Holder shouldn’t have bothered coming back just to whinge
And that forum prat Shovler saying about the track …. Clueless
As for the match
EMIL - sublime ..missed the start in heat one but after that awesome … been a marvellous signing and fitted in to British speedway a fans favourite and a credit to the sport
HUME - busted a gut .. unlucky fall but did his job well
KING - been brilliant these 2 matches to see us through
RISS - his points didn’t show reward for his efforts
DOYLE - class … must be him and Emil again
REW - 9 from 5…. That’s why reserves win you matches
JOE - awesome effort on heat 2 couldn’t ask for more
For Sheffield …. Fricke faded and looked slow late on… Howarth and Pickering awful tonight … Musielek battled hard and deserved more … Newman was pretty poor but young Edwards rode well …… Chris Holder … well lol
Great to let the fans on the centre green for the presentation was a party atmosphere
Same at Lynn when the meeting was completed and the reserves rode it..

Crowd was smaller than I thought it would be as well.
Thanks. I thought it would be a big crowd, with plenty of noise, a chance to meet the riders, and statement from Buster. I know there is supposed the be a farewell, but surprised at the no reaction tonight

Was Buster holding back until the end of the season??. Did it go with a whimper? All seems to quiet.

So. You sign him, and he does badly...
Whilst, guesting well....!!
He's had his knocks, and is carrying one now. But as far as Lynn goes, enough is enough, as with a few more of them from this season imho.
