How did you go about getting refund? I have mailed Toun multiple times and received a read receipt to my mails, but they have not replied to any of them.

Hi I have 3 tickets for the red zone S4 sitting looking down about 10 metres after the start line. Have been there the last 4 years, fantastic seats. Dearest seats in the stadium. Each ticket cost £127 willing to let go at half price. Cheers

Following lines of The Dean Machine original post, I can not get an answer to any questions for the validly of the original tickets sold for the Saturday night and was wondering if anyone did get any answers.. The additional Friday night tickets have been limited to approx. 50% capacity similar to the other 3 venues holding the GP's . Over 90% of the tickets are sold for the Saturday so any crowd over 50% which attends will be breaking the Polish guidelines for event capacity. Will they stop admitting after 50% full or let everybody in. I am disappointed they have not made all the tickets valid for next year and sold new tickets as in the Friday lay out for anyone who wishes to attend. I can assume the BSI had discussions with Torun about doing this similar to the other venues and caved in due to Torun putting the cash first and possibly threatening not to stage the Friday night event as it took some time for that to be announced This would have been our 5th year in a row at Torun, but due to a change in flight and the uncertainty of the Covid increase and possible quarantine we have decided to give it a miss. Such a shame some expensive red zone tickets going to waste.
