    Glasgow 2021

I would like to see a strong reserve next year as the last few years the Tigers have had two weak reserves but as Cook will likely be back it could be two weaker riders again. As for who I’d like to see in the stripes next year, obviously the Tigers need another couple of riders who can increase their average like Rasmus done this season and a couple/few mentioned below could do just that. Craig Cook 10.18 Ricky Wells 7.05 Broc Nicol 5.16 Sam Jensen 4.34 Drew Kemp 3.58 Connor Bailey 3.11

    Glasgow 2019 Onwards

I’ve been quietly following this thread and love how everyone has a go at guessing the team’s line up. It’s been mentioned that CW was offered a lot of money that stopped him going back to Somerset and on here there’s been a fair bit of guessing it was Glasgow who offered him it so if that’s the case and Ben Barker hasn’t been snapped up yet, here’s my guess which for me is a more balanced team than going for the big hitter in Cook. Charles Wright 7.88 (7.05 with reduction) Claus Vissing 6.94 Ben Barker 7.05 (6.87 with reduction) Rasmus Jensen 6.59 Paul Starke 5.88 Luke Chessell 2.00 Joe Lawlor 2.00 TOTAL 37.33. Now I don’t know if CW and BB are entitled to a reduction in their average and if they’re not, oh well it was worth a try, just throwing something different out there.

    Somerset 2019

Blackheart it can’t be Ellis at no.1 as his average is lower than Harris’s and it’s been stated Harris will be no.2. Anyway good luck Somerset with Harris who seemed strangely to have a better season with his premiership side than he did with his championship team.
  4. The reasons I believe fans wanting Stewart back (and Glasgow needing him back) are 1- Stewart was track curator and produced a track that the team were happy with, you can clearly see the difference in the track now compared to the first meeting of the season against the Monarchs where there actually was dirt on the track not like yesterday where it was bare, 2- (if true) Cami Brown getting verbals from the riders! This Would prove he’s not a team manager who commands respect but merely a fan that owns a company and sponsors a rider and is carrying out some sort of fantasy job managing his favourite team, can you imagine Stewart taking verbals from the riders or the riders even thinking of doing it? Humble pie probably needing to be ate and the call made to Dickson. Just my opinion.
