    Mike Ferreira

One of my all time favourite opposition riders, I remember him scoring a 15 point max with ease for Canterbury at Brough Park in about 1980 or 1981
  2. And the place is going to be awash with Australians who have made the short trek over from Australia to support their man
  3. Because there is an important(for him) Grand Prix on Saturday and a Play-off final on Monday

    Latvian Gp

The one that winds me up the most is when Tatum keeps saying "He nearly had to put the brakes on there"

    Latvian Gp

Didn't have much choice considering it was the only one left
  7. Agree with you about the professionalism bit but I have seen riders absolutely legless at speedway end of season dinner dances who have went out the next night and scored maximums
  8. Didn't do him much good did it? He might aswell of went out on the p$ss
  9. didn't anyone tell you speedway is an entertainment sport
  10. Only done 191 for me and I haven't got any settings on like add 10 mins at end etc
  11. At least you waited until this morning(see post 79 ) http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/ind...75&start=75
  12. I know I thought with at least 45 mins left of programme they were going to show it I apologise :lol
  13. I think I must of been just unlucky as I was out last night, got in at 11-00pm settled down to watch the SWC which I had set sky+ for and after heat 21 up pops the "end of programme" so then I decide to see if it is being repeated and as I flick through the channels it is already on sky and up to heat 19 so I settle down to watch again and guess what? after heat 20 they take a advert break and when they come back they don't show the last 5 races only interviewing Nicki congratulating him on Denmarks win So I stayed up till 3-00am and still never saw the last 5 races

    Swc Race Off

The Russian number 2 has a similar look to the Great Britain side on Monday as all 5 of their riders (DNR)
  15. Keep up !! http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/ind...showtopic=43007
  16. Your correct in what you say as it will be one hell of a shock if Adrian Rymel is contesting the play-offs
  17. Team GB will have to do it on Thursday as can you imagine the outrage when the team manager comes out of the toilets with a young kid
  18. If you go to the top of this General Discussions thread you will see a section for injured riders where all fans send their best wishes to injured riders, yet in the final of the Grand Prix tonight a rider crashes on the home straight does a couple of somersaults and the majority of fans can't wait to show their delight by cheering before they know if this rider is injured or not( and I bet a few of them who cheered have sent best wishes on the afore mentioned thread)

    N. Pedersen

Just watched Euro 2008 final and lost count the number of times I saw players appealing for corners and free kicks that they knew weren't theirs. Is that not cheating? but I bet they ain't getting slagged off on football forums
  20. Of course it was lighthearted, Nicki is my favourite rider with him being an ex diamond and all that

But he didn't know what he was doing when he was doing somersaults when he crashed at 60mph on the home straight. Thankfully it didn't, but he could of ended up like Garry Stead or Lawrence Hare, but in the eyes of some people on here it's okay to cheer because of previous incidents
  22. Depends on how many times Nicki has the yellow helmet
  23. Totally agree(see speedway fans topic)
  24. He was just as bad 3 years ago when he excluded Jason Crump 3 times but nothing was ever done.
